The neigborhood is a little bit sketchy. Still, we were safe all the time, even walking around in the dark.

The hosts are great, very friendly and ready to help anytime. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. A/c works great, water is hot, the garden is beautiful.

Only two minor issues. There is not much shadow on the rooftop after noon. So better stay on the beach at that time. And the next ATM is 10 minutes walking distance at the Dahab Mall. So pay by card and plan your money stock.

Cosy studio with an amazing roof terrace. Good washing machine - easy to use and super fast. Also clothes dry on the terrace literally in an hour. Located in a local environment. Perfect if you don't like the resort culture that is common in the rest of Sharm. Nice beach in three minutes walking distance with an amazing reef to snorkel - you should walk to the end of the jetty right hand side of the beach.

Probably the best place ever visited! Great accomodation with perfect location (by foot Farsha beach 5 min, Fanaar beach with beautiful reef 25 min, restaurants and shops 10 min), nice and hospitable landlord, all necessary staff provided and of good quality.

The place is great, very clean and well equipped with huge terrace, the host is extremely responsive and kind. The apartment is a 2 min walk distance from the beach, reef of Hadaba is amazing.

The appartment was very nice, spacious, cosy and clean. Everything in the appartment is as described, there is even Netflix and further streaming abos available on the TV! The balcony facing the sea was awesome for having a coffee in the morning sun. The area surrounding the house is calm. Lan, the host, is super helpful with everything from organizing transport to the airport, printing boarding passes and giving recommondations for the area. If I return to Sharm, I'll definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was very clean and to a high standard with good facilities including kitchen and bathroom. We especially liked how drinking water was provided by the host along with towels and a weekly clean. There is a nice roof terrace with 2 sun beds, umbrella and table for days you prefer to relax away from the beach. Lan and Hisham were very nice hosts with good communication:) The area of Hadaba is a more traditional experience with a relaxed feel away from the hotels. You have 2 cliff side cafes close by (Farsha and Sadiki) plus a good supermarket, local restaurants and Italian cafes within 5/10 min walk. There is one beach across the road within walking distance (next to Farsha) or otherwise the others are a short taxi drive away and entry fees are very reasonable.

We'd like to thank Hisham and Lan for hosting us for 10 days. Lan, becides she is a super nice and friendly person, she is an amazing host, she helped us with everything! Regarding apartment. The apartment placed in a fresh renovated 3-floor cottage surrounded by greens on the calm street. We easily get a public beach for 3-5 min by feet. First floor is occupied by hosts, second and third - apartments for rent. We stayed on the third floor. Our apartments area is enough for a couple or one person, well equipped with furniture and kitchenware. Especially want to notice a clean bathroom, fresh and fluffy towels and beach towels, fresh drinking water, huge smart tv, and free & fast wi-fi. Not a big apartments area is compensate with private roof terrace with a sea view from the one side and a mountain view on the second. The terrace is really enormous and equipped with 2 wooden (not plastic!) sun loungers, sun umbrellas, tables, chairs, shower and sofa. We liked that the part of the terrace where placed dining table and chairs is covered by tent. So we were having a breakfast or dinner not under the burning sun))) Staing here left only good impression and warm memories!

We are backpackers and travel on our own. This place is really the most beautiful in Sharm. The villa is located in a quiet, very peaceful residential area, second row to the beach and invites you to take relaxing walks. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. The view from the huge terrace is magnificent. You can enjoy a perfect sunset and an even more beautiful sunrise. The flats are super nice, very clean and personally decorated with a lot of heart and mind by the owners. We loved it! You find everything you need (and more) and you immediately feel at home. The owners are extremely warm and friendly, doing everything to make the stay as perfect as possible. The communication was always super quick and uncomplicated. The apartments are just renovated with a high quality materials and designers touch. They are also very well equipped with everything one may need even for a long stay. The view from the apartment is ok and is just awesome from the upper terrace, because one can see mountains and the sea all together! The hosts are very responsive an supportive even with a minor things, so we really felt home. The higher price in comparison to other apartment is justified with higher quality of accommodation and higher standards of services provided by hosts. So I definitely can recommend Hisham’s place as an excellent alternative to the hotel for both long and short term stay

I wanted to teach them a lesson for the extreme BAD BEHAVIOURS towards VERY POLITE and A COURTEOUS TOURIST that wanted ONLY to ENJOY her time by visiting Sharm & to discover the Egyptian culture by the way the Egyptian are very welcoming and very respectful, friendly with high level of courtesy which they don’t represent at all the landlord, wife. But he came finally, I checked his hand, he checked my hand also but exactly like checking the hand of an enemy (no eyes contact), I tried to speak with him but he said I know all the story with a very cold manner, I don’t know what is the story that his wife told him exactly but he finally gave me my rental contract that I didn’t get it from Mrs. Alkhatib that was missing his signature and we changed the checkout date. Mrs. Elkhatib told me that we are trying to do our best to support you, so now I will answer you : Thank you very much Mrs. Elkhatib for your massive support = DESTROYING my HAPPINESS during my VACATION and my Christmas period, thank you very much, you really did an excellent job, and thank you very much for wishing me a Merry Christmas after all your HARASSEMENTS because to say all the complete truth Mrs. Elkhatib after that she finished all her harassments towards me, at the end she didn't forget to wish me a Merry Christmas, what a very kind lady Mrs. Lan Elkhatib is! Does it  3,110LE = the expense of 1 light on, for 2 hours? Someone needs to take some mathematical or financial classes and the most important and fundamental is to take conduct, ethics, how to treat people also how to be human classes after all that if there will be any hope and I will suppose that you succeeded at that moment you should learn how to treat tourists as guests and how to approach them. MONEY IS NOTHING, GOOD BEHAVIOUR IS EVERYTHING So if you want to be HARASSED, threatened and HIGHLY OFFENDED during your vacation in Sharm Sheikh, so you know now that you can rent Villa 60D, you will be well served by Mrs. Elkhatib.

I was a victim of "3 HARASSEMENTS from Mrs. Elkhatib the wife of Mr. Elkhatib the landlord of Villa 60D (I was residing in a rental unit in Villa 60D (Dec 23 - Dec 30, 2022)), and this is all because I left an outdoor light on (morning of the 25th) for only 2 hours (she even sent me the proof as an image highlighting the light by a red circle so that she can prove the crime that I did), I didn’t see the light when I left the unit that day by error by mistake and I did my sincere apologies with a very respectful & polite manner. But after receiving other HARASSEMENTS and offences of course after this bad treatment I decided to leave in advance even though my checkout date was firm not flexible, it was on Dec 30, 2022 & the total amount of my the stay period was paid (She took all the payments and the proofs that she needed but SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY CONTRACT, she said that her husband will sign it and she will give me a copy, but she didn't until that I requested from her after 5 days, when I wanted to leave, proof of high level of professionalism) but I requested that I will be refunded for the rest of the period that I will not stay in the unit (to tell you the truth getting refunded of 3,110LE it is nothing for me absolutely nothing but it is just that they don’t deserve it for the BAD TREATMENT and for the UNPROFESSIONALISM and the BAD BEHAVOUR) . She agreed that I will be refunded but good morning the aggressive and the savage behaviour from Mrs. Elkhatib and the new offences at the point that I told her to not talk to me at all and I will talk only with her husband, the landlord of Villa 60D Mr. Elkhatib. I don’t know why she changed her mind and she called her husband. I was going to call the POLICE fill a case & ATTACK THEMin JUSTICE, even-though in Egypt the trials is a process of life.

The host was absolutely wretched. They treated my family horribly and had no regard for the distress they caused us. They claim to have made a "mistake," but that's hard to believe when they're making mocking gestures behind our backs when they think we don't see. Or insulting us and calling us deplorable names in a language they think we don't understand. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay. There's a million other places with much more hospitable hosts in this beautiful area. But if you do feel like chancing it, learn a bit of Arabic and Russian before you go but don't let them know that you know. It's amazing how much you learn about people's true colors when they think you don't understand them.

The location is beautiful. It's within walking distance to the Red Sea.
