The only thing is that it is about 15 walking to reach the next hotspot. We didn´t mind, shops are easily to be found and we had relaxing and silet nights.

The hotel very familiar and in a quiet area. Ali at the reception is very kind and helpful if you need any information. At the roof there is a big terrace for relaxing. We liked it very much to stay there and are looking forward to come again :)

The location is a bit off from everything. Also there's not really a sea view. At the moment there's some building going on, but it'll be finished soon.

Cozy guesthouse with a nice roof terrace. The area is quiet. The owner is very nice and helpful. He let us use the kitchen and the spices etc.

I have nothing bad to say. I have been here a few times and I’m planning to keep coming.

Very quiet area, close to beach. Not busy, big size rooms and very very clean and so is the toilet. Lovely breakfast. Supposed to learn that they also have another hotel in Luxor which is easy to transfer to. They can arrange all of this for you.

The outside of the building is not like in the booking.com photos. Also the sign of the hotel was removed from the building and kept on the floor in the courtyard, making difficult to find it. Also host not very responsive on whatsapp.

Bed was not too comfortable. Toilet seat would always fall down. Was sometimes loud when we had to go to bed early. We had expected a private bathroom but ended up sharing with everyone (might have been our mistake)

Paola went really out of her way to make my trip to Hugharda as enjoyable as possible. Initially I just planned to go diving for a week. But Paola has a lot of knowledge and recommendations about local trips and possibilities as well as how to handle getting around. This was really helpful, actually priceless and so I went to Luxor, which was a great 2 day short trip, went into the local city centre where tourists are barely seen and overall exceeding my own expectations about my trip. I saw far more than "just" aquarium fishes and I am happy for it.

The staff was really friendly and helped us so much. The house was kept really clean and looked nice. He helped us arrange the taxi and beaches, and with everything else. He really tried to make us feel welcome and home. Breakfast and the bites we got were really tasty. The hotel is a bit further away from the center so you have to use the taxi, but it’s really cheap, and there is no noice.

- It's a bit farther away from center of Hurghada do if you want to be doing lots of excursions etc.. so just be prepared to take an Uber, but that's really easy.

- Paola and her staff are excellent! We felt like family, from the great breakfast, to the help with organizing excursionsand giving travel tips, we were taken great care of! - She helped us organize a late night airport pickup as well as check-in making our trip even easier. -The bed was comfortable and room a decent size. - The bathroom although shared, never gave us any trouble with needing to wait for another guest. - It's only a short walk to the Egyptian Bazaars (not the touristy ones) and of was really cool to see the fruit market!

The property was fine. I especially liked the giant living room shared with Omar and Sara the kids and all the team. Of course it could have had a swimming pool like its sister hostel in Luxor, but what great value for money!

I had an airbnb cancel on me at 2 days notice and was really lucky to land on Villamar for my 8 day break. The manager and all the staff were really helpful and made all the arrangements for the trip which involved a boat trip for snorkeling and dolphins and sightseeing at Hurgada, bus to Cairo and a trip to the Pyramids and the National Museum of Egyptian Culture (recommended), followed by train to Luxor and guided trips there (Luxor, Karnak, Valley of Kings, boating on the Nile) and drive back to Hurgada with more snorkeling. Paula - the most friendly manageress you could wish for - said she was treating me like a little Pharoah - making sure I was passed without worry from hand to hand, so that everywhere I went I felt that the team was looking after me. Apart from the hostel team the best thing was the friendliness of the Egyptians, especially the kids. I'd recommend the nearby Family Resort beach and Da Vinci diving school beach for snorkelling. I only met Egyptians on the whole trip, and they were invariably friendly, even when trying to persuade you to go one further!

The whole room smelled really bad. We arrived late and just wanted to get some rest but the sheets were dirty, the bed was full of hair and really uncomfortable. Based upon the reviews it 's known as a really clean place but maybe they need to pay a little bit more attention. It doesn't mean that if some customers book for 1 night they need to receive used sheets.

The staff is really friendly and the neighbourhood is nice and without the hustle of the city.

Very welcoming hosts with excelent spoken English and a generally good vibe. They went out of their way to make the stay as convenient and event lent me their bike. There's also a nice roof terace. Overall an excelent which I preffered far more to a boring hotel and for an fair price. I do reccommend paying extra for a room with a balcony tho.

It's not a big problem at all, but there are kids living there, so sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the morning.

Nothing to say, everything was good!

The family who run the villamar sea view hostel is great. They are very nice, helpful and the kids are adorable. The place is great, very clean, the room was very confortable and the batheroom although it's a shared one is perfectly clean. The place is outside the center and you would have to take an uber or taxi to go near the marina but it makes the place very calm and quite. It is very relaxing. Moreover, there are beaches near by. The breakfeats were good and fulfilling. I would totally reccomend villamar sea view hostel for a nice and relaxing trip to Hurghada
