The place is far from Hurghada, the center, and transportation is difficult, and prices are controlled by drivers, even if it is Uber. The place is not for young people, for adults, for all ages, frankly.

The hotel is modern,clean and beautiful. The staff is very helpful and kind. I wish to say a big thank you for Rafeq from the reception for his excellent and professional service and Taha from the restaurant for the amazing juices. Absolutely great place for relaxing and enjoy a holiday. Many flowers around the pool area. The beach is walking distance. Great place to visit.

The air condition is not working properly, it makes noise and not cooling, also there is no elevator.

Airconditioning fan was stuck on highest setting. Bed was like a trampoline, if somebody moved the other one would bump up in the air. Staff barely spoke any English.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Everything was perfect, the stuff was very friendly and helpful specially miss Israa and miss Hekmat. Also, the restaurant manager mrs. Sameh was very kind and mrs mohamed atiya helps us a lot. It’s highly recommended.

The beach is exactly 1.7kms from the hotel which is not so preferable BUT, you totally forget the distance issue once you see the beautiful blue sea :) Also the hotel provides free shuttle rides to the beach and back all day (from 9 to 7) It is better if you have wet shoes with you. Also there is no an elevator in the hotel so you will have to use the stairs if your room is on the second or third floor.

The breakfast is a normal open buffet, cannot say it is exceptional but it was nice with reasonable variety. It was really nice having the choice to either have your breakfast indoors or outdoors. The staff do their very best to serve you. Regarding the location, it is not so far Hurghada , having a car can facilitate spending the nights at the Marina. The staff is always doing their best to make the guest happy. A huge thank you to Mr Khaled , the Food & Beverage manager who made us feel we are home, always asking and making sure everything is fine. Thank you Esraa at the front desk for everything you did, always with a lovely friendly smile. Thank you Ahmad at the pool bar for everything you did.

Well it is a bit isolated so not that great for solo travelers as there is very little to do directly around.

Beach is great but 15 with car away. Great for families and couples I think. Quiet and clean and good value for money.

the distance from the beach was a bit unexpected and while the ride was good, it was only available till 5pm. it would be nice to have a car that can pick people up until at least midnight from the beach.

Room was far from the reception. Separate buildings and loads of stairs were not convenient. Music by the beach from different resorts were mixed together
