When I arrived, there was a little hiccup with the shuttle pickup, which they made it up for by upgrading my room for the whole stay. Clean air-conditioned room came in handy because this time of the year Addis is very hot. Breakfast is good, the staff is super helpful, inside parking garage with security. Location is on the side of the main road, but surprisingly, I wasn't disturbed by early traffic. I had an excellent stay.

I have always been very comfortable—there is nothing negative to say. It's all about perspective. I like the location.

All was well. I have been staying at this location for years, even before Covid. Now that it is over, I am staying there again. The staff try to do the best they can to accommodate every request. If you are a gym person, they also have a good facility.

The wifi was a bit unreliable in our room, but it worked perfectly in the restaurant.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the free airport shuttle is nice and the location is pretty good. If you’re in Addis for a layover it’s perfect and if you’re in the city for a few days there are always tons of taxis around to get you where you need to go, as well as food, laundry and coffee shops!

However, basic toiletries were not there. No moisturizer, shower cap, toothpaste were provided. The carpet was not clean and the television was of old quality. The breakfast items were so less and were not up to mark. The restaurant could do a lot better and improve

The receptionist lady was cooperative, she helped me book a cab and keep luggage. The transport to and from the airport was a good facility.

Elevator, hall, steam place are not clean. Some how dark, and old. No shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste toothbrush, comb. Breakfast is supper simple.

The toilet sink was not filling, the shower drain was not draining, the safe-box was not working, the bed sheets were dirty, the kettle was leaking. Nothing was done despite informing the reception and manager 5 times in 3 days!!

The neighbourhood is lively and a bit noisy. The bathroom was tiny, sub-standard and in urgent need of renovation. A walk-in shower rather than a bathtub with rickey shower curtain would be hugely preferable. The toiletteries mentioned in the booking.com information consisted of a bar of soap. The breakfast menu was fairly limited.

The hotel is conveniently near the airport. Our room (307) was a good size and seemed newly renovated. I particularly enjoyed the artwork throughout the hotel. The best aspect about this hotel is the friendly and efficient staff at reception, baggage handling and the bar/restaurant area. The complimentary airport shuttle service was good, though it took us a while to find the driver at the airport.

"Photographs can be deceiving" I learnt that lesson and never go by the ratings. It's nowhere near the rating that they got. First of all it doesn't even look like a hotel from the outside and looks more like a deserted and haunted place. No amenities as shown in the website. The first day the shower didn't have hot water and I had to call the plumber. Breakfast was pathetic. Served an English breakfast with no choice of breads... No Croissants,baked beans,hash browns,Or sausages. Just served papaya and was told that was the only fruit available. No housekeeping staff at night ro serve even a bottle of water. SURROUNDING AREA WAS LIKE A SLUM!!!!!
