The meals- I had buffets but the options were very limited. The breakfast was monotonous.

It was all great. I just found a couple of cockroaches in the room which, even though I'm sure it's not unusual, it's not nice either. Wifi is not super speedy.

The building is very nice, the view on a slum is intriguing, the personnel is very cordial, price is very competitive. Really great choice!

The food at the restaurant could be improved with few more varieties specially for vegetarians.

The bed was like the one at home. Great mattress and excellent bedding. The shower is great and hot water always available. Free breakfast is good. I also had dinner in the bar on some nights. The price and quality were so good I decided to stay in. Please try the Chicken Sizzlers. The internet is good but if for some reason it does not reach your room they have another network which the engineer can arrange. This made for a great working environment. The staff are all very helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The gym has a good selection of equipment on the 3rd floor and so is not open to the public therefore always room to train.

The food is average and at breakfast, getting an egg/omelette took way too long. It was way to difficult to get an invoice for my stay.

As usual, the staff are very friendly. The room was massive and very clean and I enjoyed the different daily decoration. The gym is well equipped.

The wifi in the rooms. The hotel's wifi is good when you are in the reception area, but practically disappears when you move away ( and I was on the second floor!). This problem can be fixed easily by repeaters or amplifiers on each floor. A cheap way of keeping the guests happy!

During my recent tour of Ethiopia I stayed in this hotel on four different occasions. I liked everything about this hotel except one thing (see below). The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was generous and the food in the restaurant was good. The hotel is easily reachable from the airport and is also excellent value

When the electricity tripped, which happened quite frequently - several times a day, it took a while to reconnect (mostly, a couple of minutes but once about 8 minutes). I didn't notice the electricity itself tripping but heard a gentle rumble each time my WiFi connection dropped (and presumed we were switch to generator power). A tax invoice was not available.

The room was massive and spotless. I was pleasantly surprised by a small gift left for me one of the days. The location of the hotel suited my needs very well. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The WiFi was good and should be adequate for most uses including video calls.

Hot water took several minutes to reach the shower. Airport shuttle got off 15 minutes late due to passengers dragging in behind schedule, one after the other. I suppose if I were one of those running late I would have appreciated this.

I've stayed in this hotel before. It seemed to me that everything had been upgraded. The room was spacious (that hadn't changed) but the bathroom--new fixtures, great shower (two spray things that worked, place to put shampoo, shaver, my glasses), great sink, big mirror, and vent fan. Water pressure was great. Staff were great all around, from reception, bar, breakfast.
