We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lakemark Hotel in Bahir Dar is an exceptional hotel with outstanding customer service. Staff throughout our stay were always available, kind and extremely helpful. The facilities and rooms were extremely clean and all time. The restarting food is definetley one of the best in the city, serving both traditional Ethiopian food and international at the highest quality. I will definitely always recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region. Within walking distance to Lake Tana and short drive from The Blue Nile, Lakemark Hotel allows for a comfortable stay with many activities and sites. Regards, Abdalla

United KingdomThe staff at reception tried to overcharge us and cheat with the price. We had to pay a price and they asked for the double. We noticed and they started to make up excuses. We had to waste time arguing. Finally the owner came and sorted it out. Shame on the staff!

The staff were incredibly helpful they all go extra miles to make the guests stay comfortable, the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for the price I paid.
