I don't like why there is no free breakfast service to the rooms? I don't like the noise, still the rooms is not sound free, you can hear the sound outside specially when the time of the learners. I don't like the cleaners knocking on the doors for cleaning. I do understand the cleaning is request but the guest need to rest more and if they need to clean the room can press the cleaning sign otherwise docent need to clean their room. for me I prefer to rest than to clean the room that day (we booked to rest :) ). I didn't like the price of the cleaning clothes it is too high and should be in local currency. if you can put qibla prayer direction not for Muslim in the room will be amazing maybe you can coordinate with the booking.com for the refunding if the guest need to leave earlier (otherwise don't let them to put you on their list)

I like the staff hospitality, they are exceed the excellency. I like them , I like the cleaning and the staff them self for me I like there is iron in the room I like the bed is soooo comfortable I like the room furniture it is comfortable in general the call service are welcoming and can assist you when ever is needed there is one young male staff I do like his performance he was on the duty Friday night and he gave me my pill, I do like his communication so much (I wish I can know his name)

No smoking area anywhere, not even outside.

Breakfast was really good, with lots of different options. Bar and restaurant area is nice.

The street in front of the hotel was very busy. Great for people watching from the room but we had problems trying to get our friends to pick us up, or to use ride share cars due to the ongoing construction of the driveway and busy road as there was no place to park and pick us up, except for inside the hotel premises.

A lot of high points for the staff who was friendly and accommodating. We made use of the restaurant / bar during the day and evenings. Made use of the spa and gym also which was adequate. Good value of money overall.

Being right in the city with only nine floors made it susceptible to noise and interference which was disruptive for a light sleeper as myself. I had to move rooms thrice yet I could still hear the generator running and cars on the road from the other side. Not sure much can be done about that but just a heads up.

Proximity, African hospitality, amazing staff! Abel especially at the front desk went over and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible which I really truly appreciate. I got injured (not at the hotel or hotel related) while in town and the staff really were concerned which I really appreciated

Exceptional standards of service by all staff. The menu has improved and food is really great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Always a lovely stay at the Radisson.

Comfortable rooms, good food, great service, all staff go out of their way to help and make you comfortable. The cook even went out of her way to look for mango for me because i had mentioned mango. The next morning at breakfast she came and brought me one! Really too kind!

While the hotel is western, the staff is definitely not. Male staff addressed my male colleague only, ignoring me - which is what everyone in the country does, of course, but hey - if you want to provide western service, you have to work on your sexism too. Oh and this extends to equal treatment of female employees too, not only guests.

No mold, sockets not falling out of the wall, doors close, toilet doesn't leak. Think my bar is low? Think again. We stayed in different hotels in Addis and beyond, and only this one was properly clean and functional,so we could relax.

Average food fairly high prices for us at least . Ordinary

It’s a good safe spot for Addis . Reliable Radisson standards but not a dream place to go back to unless you want a good business hotel for Addis
