Easy to find a location near the main road. But far enough to be in a quiet and peaceful region. Overall very clean and pleasant interior. Rooms are well equipped, clean and decent size.

Practical and quiet accommodation in the outskirts of Kemi. This place is located in a converted office building and serves not only travellers, but also seasonal workers. Equipped with community kitchen and microwave and waterkettle in the room. Clean, good Wifi, free parking. Overall good value.

We were a family of five. We were given two rooms, one with three beds, full kitchen and bathroom and another with two beds, small kitchenette and bathroom with shredder pump which made a lot of noise when using a shower or a toilet. The second room had a noticeable sewer smell. The rooms were really far away from each other, on different sides of the building. When we requested to have closer rooms, no solution was given. And we booked the rooms months in advance. No kitchenware in both rooms.

Free parking, good kitchen area in three beds room, close to groceries store and the Snow Castle. Quiet place. Quite cheap.

I did not liked the concept of shredder toilet and noise it makes. However, It was happening only when using the bathroom facilities so it's not a big problem.

There was Fairy dish soap bottle in the bathroom in the place for soap. also there was left beard wash from previous guests. Bedcovers were not clean. Additionally, there was no hairdryer. It was not mentioned in the description, however, I would think that this is basic thing that should be in all rental places.

Toilet was sometimes noisy without reason during night. Cover of bed was slipping away. During one week stay room was cleaned once.

All equipment is new. Hotel was well maintained, hotel owner friendly. Was possible to wash cloths in hotel. Recommend for those who travel.

Not sure about the area, for us was just to break a long drive. There is probably nothing for tourists you can reach walking. It looked like an old hospital converted to hotel, so some piece of furniture the style of doors and lamps really not charming, but all good.

Large and clean room. Nice multi-functional shower box. Wifi works. Big fridge and few kitchen utilities in the room. Open air free reserved parking spot. Easy check-in, well done just getting the codes for the front door and the room door. Straight and simple. Supermarket just next to the property. Nice value for the money considering the country where it is. Plenty of power sockets in the room.

Other quests were playing loud music on the lobby and talking and shouting until midnight. Smoking area just outside front door so smell came into the room through air vent. I think it is problem when no reception/staff there in the evening. Was not able to sleep so not so nice visit after long day driving.

Room was very clean and nicely equipped for one night stay. Room had AC unit so that was nice surprise to keep it cool because of hot summer night.

very good choice for one night stay. near the highway, but in a quiet area, very clean. the room had a large fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes. there is also a large shared kitchen. contactless check-in.
