Getting to the key was a complicated task. It would be better if we had someone we could communicate with. but overall it was good

I liked the location and design of the house. I've never had any problems. While in the living room, only loud music can be heard. I also read it in the comments. people wrote that it was disturbing. I don't think it's very disturbing

Little difect: there isn't any detergents for washing machine, even if the presence is guaranteed. Advice for the manager: it would be useful introduce the appartment features to the guests to avoid misunderstanding and problems. Ex. How could find the backyard in the Building.... The apartment was fairly cleaned , so i suggest to improve it

The appartment is in a nice neighborghood, near the central trains station, close to several restaurants and grocery store. The accommodation is roomy and bright. Perfect for to 3 people. Equipped with everything you need. Ok towels and sheets. Fairly price for the sum mer season. Although i have found this inconvenientes i highly suggest this service.

There wasn't enough toilet paper for three people for two days and it was a little too warm and hard to isolate from the light at night.

The apartment was very well equipped and very pleasant. The bed was big and the couch was adequate for one person. The bathroom was also very good.

To get inside, you need to do a check-in through a third-party web application, which turned out to be a problem. First, I could not locate the flat, so I called the number in the booking which did not work. After several minutes, I found the right door, but the check-in interface did not work. I sat at the door for 10-15mins before the door finally seemed to have caught some signal and opened. I've gone through this process on every door opening, and it took at least 10 minutes to get in every time. Waiting in the corridor without it being clear that the door will eventually open was always quite a frustrating experience. For everyone after me with the same struggle, don't try to call the agency, it will not work. Instead, write a message on booking, where they are more likely to respond (perhaps within 30mins).

The place was really clean, with a good bed and an essentially equipped kitchen.

Terrible. Terrible smell of smoke. I do not recommend. 1100 euros for 7 days of entertainment. I don't even know where to start. The apartment is on the 1st floor, and on the zero floor (ground floor), under the apartment, there is a bar! Nothing was written on the booking about this aspect. Every evening at 11:00 p.m., an unbelievable noise started, and on the weekend (Friday and Saturday) it was criminal, until 5:00 a.m. the music was at full blast with bass and screams. Through the ventilation (and I don't know where because I can't imagine) cigarette smoke enters. Everything in the house smells of smoke, the pillows, the bed, everything. The wife is pregnant, she barely lasted these days, I always kept the window open and all day after the business I was walking/visiting the city. I will also make a notification to the booking. 2. Before I left home, I asked them in writing if they had an iron and they said yes. Monday morning, before going to the business meeting, I needed to iron a shirt, guess what?! There was no iron. I went with a button-down shirt and only in the evening did they bring an iron. 3 The host asks you to throw away the trash, he initially tells you in the welcome message that it is in the inner courtyard, but does not answer the message when you ask for clarification on how to get to the inner courtyard (I went around the block twice, I tried in the basement, nothing). Guess what, I asked the employees at the bar and they told me that the access is from the 2nd floor. I don't recommend that either. I would attach photos if you could smell it. The next day I sent a message to the host to come smell the cigarette, he didn't respond to the message/invitation. I'm asking for a discount or my money back.

we arrived at 1am and struggled a lot to find the key and have it because there is no reception and you have to do it on your own. If you’re lucky you can get the key. And then you have to walk another 300-400mt to reach the destination. It was one of the worst experince that i ever had..
