Clean and central

The bedroom wasn't vacuumed properly even though I had specifically asked for it to be cleaned properly. There were dust bunnies in the corners and under the bed. It didn't seem like someone had vacuumed underneath the bed in a while. Customer support didn't respond that quickly and didn't offer a (fast) solution so I ended up vacuuming the bedroom myself. I did get the cleaning fee refunded.

The apartment is spacious and in a good location.

I had to collect the key from other location and then walk to the properly which 20 min walk from 2nd home office to property . On a snowy stormy night when you land at night it is very difficult to collect the key in one place then go to the other .

The place was really clean and nice very simple but you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable . City center was on walkable distance even other tourist attractions . I just walked on a snowy day .

Creaking bedroom door. No bath mat No tea towels or dish washing brush or sponge cloth (should be supplied). Dull light in kitchen No clothes washer or dryer.

Good layout with an airy feel and balcony. Comfy bed. Central location. Lift in building to apartment on 6th floor was appreciated ( travelling with luggage).

The flat needed a lot of TLC. There were no instructions left so we spent a lot of time working out how things operated. No information on how to dispose of the rubbish, no tea towel, light bulbs missing and most importantly no washing machine. The balcony was covered with timber tiles that were broken and could have been a trip hazard. The key collection was at least a 20min walk from the flat location not what you want with a heavy suite case. Also the kitchen was not well equipped and had the minimum of cutlery and crockery. We had to spend a lot of time tidying up all the spare linen and towels that had been literally dumped in the bedroom wardrobe before we could use it. A cellular internet connection was provided but no details on password and was occasionally very slow.

The large flat is well located close to the main railway station and central Helsinki. Very quite with pleasant surroundings.

While we understand the system for the apartment keys, as well as contact with the owners was perfect and it was an occasion for a little sightseeing (15 minutes walking) ... pick up of keys in a different location it's not a perfect idea, especially when you need go to get them at night. It could be nice to organize it in a different mode.

Location is perfect 11/10. It's a very center of Helsinki for me. Very close (behind the corner) to the main train station (which you can use for travel to/from the airport), pubs, shops (including 24h open). But still a very quiet place with beautiful green park, behind another corner, so you are able to rest easily. Very clean apartment. Wifi, cofee, tea, hairdryer, comfortable beds inside. Really great place!

Usually picked up the key from the other side of the street from the appartment but this time I had to fetch the keys to the appartment from the other side of town, from eerikinkatu and nowhere during the reservation process did this fact come up. Only after paying and receiving the final check in instructions. This came as somewhat a surprise and I was forced to have my next meeting in the auditorium I was holding my conference, and this costed me 125€ extra. My meeting started at 16.15 so if the keys would have been available as before at Mikonkatu 20 or so, I would have been able to have this zoom meeting from 16.15 to 17.15 at the appartment. So actually the price was the double and it would have been better and easier for me to stay at sokos hotel vaakuna accross the street from my conference location

Location, location, location. Price for 60m2 appartment was half of the price of 16m2 hotelroom.

We had a very disappointing experience. We paid for an early check in, and when we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous people left. Although communication with 2nd homes had been great up until then, it took a long time to get a response about the place not having been cleaned and the need for clean sheets and towels. When they finally got back to us they offered a Free Extra Clean!! The apartment only had 2 forks and 2 spoons for cutlery!

The employee is not so flexible, you have to check out at 12:00, no any extension ( even like 12:30, a half hour reasonable prolongation is not acceptable) and/or exception is allowed while these requirement is very easy to arrange in a hotel. Thus I have to take a taxi cost 50 euro back to apartment in order to meeting the 12:00. Total amount is even expensive than a 4 star hotel.

Lovely place. Lots of natural light, great location, nice view. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful and nice.

The bed was awful. While everything else was on expected level, bed quality weighs a lot. It was probably the cheapest one you can get. Possibly second hand due to stains. I was also surprised there was no parking besides what the city offered. I specifically searched facilities with the parking option on Booking.com and this was one of the few that came up.

A nice, functional apartment in the center of the city. All worked well.

Tv channels not working no signal from antannae which i saw in earlier reviews also informed and received reply will check it after checkout lots of rules by email after booking it Keys of the flat to collect about 1 km away from flat had to walk all the way from station to collect keys n then to the flat at 11 pm in night
