Wouldn’t say there’s anything that we didn’t like. I think for future travellers I’d suggest you manage your expectations, this apartment is small but the pay off is you’re in an excellent location.

The apartment is in an excellent location, 2 mins walk from a tram stop, and the amenities supplied are everything you need - there was tea and coffee and the bathroom had toiletries in too. The host communicated clearly and we were able to check in/out without issue. We found the room very comfortable and would stay again.

lock box with the key is one block from the apartment entry, it was hard to find it and having -25 degrees outside does not help when you need to check your phone for instructions

It is an old building, so during certain weather conditions wind comes through the wall. So that was a bit uncomfortable. But it is an old building and i guess it’ll be fixed.

The Bed was uncomfortable and would often have to switch sides throughout the night..Also be weary of thin floor boards from above .I had a very noisy person who moved in two thirds of the through my stay and ruined any quiet time in my apartment.

The location was great. I only needed a bus ticket for visits to my girlfriend in Espoo. Five minutes walk from Kamppi metro station why not enjoy the 20 minute walk to the center of town, especially at Christmas! I loved the Alexa feature in the room also. Was nice to have her introduce the room and have any music playlist (especially Christmas songs!) just a call away. Bathroom was nice and clean Lovely shower also. Enough toiletries and bed linen to last my two week stay. Impressed with the amount of wardrobe space, and I needed it all! Not bad for such a compact room, and I enjoyed the layout and the use of space.

Situated in a tranquil and secure location, the apartment was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials and more. The kitchen featured modern appliances, including a microwave and cooker, making it easy to prepare meals. The TV offered Netflix and other subscription services for entertainment.l, and Alexa was a great addition, providing convenient voice-controlled assistance. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, the apartment exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for a short stay.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but it seems to be a normal thing in Finnish apartment buildings. Our main complain would be the heart of the place: the bed. The mattress was old and had indentations formed by continuous use which made it impossible to have a good night of sleep - we both woke up with pain in our backs.

The apartment was in a great location! Walking distance from the Central station, Kamppi bus station and supermarkets. The place was small but well equipped. The hosts provided us with instruction notes that made it easy to navigate the facilities.

We didn't like the "straightforward" (how they call it) communication of the host. He was very unfriendly. For example on feedback to dirty facilities or missing towels he replied we were lying since no other guest mentioned that. We recommend to invest a few euros more and stay in a hotel close by with professional service. This apartment is definitely not worth the money (very small, superficial cleaning, rude host).

The host was extremely rude and difficult to communicate with. They asked for photos of our passports, which was a requirement for check in. However, this was not indicated to us before booking the accommodation and there would be no refund option if I refused to send them a copy of my passport. This type of behaviour may be perceived as blackmailing especially when it comes to the consumer's sensitive data.

The apartment itself was a very nice, clean and well equipped apartment for 2 people.

- Sheets were stained and full of hair. We wanted a change of sheets, but the host argued with us meaninglessly. They said that the sheet may be stained, but it was clean?! - After a few exchanges of words, we managed to learn the place of the spare sheets and duvet. We decided to change the pillow cases as well, after seeing how dirty the sheet was. We were astonished to see that the colors of the pillows were turned to yellow. - Room was dusty all over. - The unending house rules.

The bathroom was truly small, but the advertisement mentioned that it is a small flat so no surprise about that. Suitable for one week, 2 adults.

It was highly supplied both with bathroom stuff, electronical devices and kitchen supplies. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, like a second home in the absolute citycenter-- everything in just a few minutes walk distance! The host was extraordinarily helpful and approachable, answered all of our messages in seconds! Amazing! Thanks for everything!

The place was tiny and dusty. Sheets and towels were dirty and disgusting. Renter demanded we submit passport images before we could get the location. The Renter was extremely rude. We never encountered anyone like this in our travels.

Tons of house rules. The room is small and crammed with things, and an annoyingly loud fridge next to the bed is not optimal if you want to sleep in peace. Also, invest in some new linen and towels!

The apartment was filthy dirty. It is indeed based on what previous people decide to clean and nothing else. Upon leaving everything well we received a message that we cleaned above expectations! Don't even want to imagine the rest (see pictures on what we found, old socks, worn out towels, dust piling everywhere, watered-down soap - not pictured but as a bonus, a condom paper under the bed)! It was also quite cold, at end of January and a tiny heating body does not suffice. There is an electric heater that is set to turn off very fast, and there was only one thin duvet with no extra blankets or covers - there were some boxed stuff under the bed but would not dare, so dirty they were. Also, super cheap with equipment: it is meant for two people and really has two glasses, two mugs, keep repeating wash constantly, it really doesn't harm to add a couple extra for the price and use the place has. However, the owners have made sure to put instructions everywhere, send instructions prior to arrival with capital letters and patronising as if addressing their subordinates. Residents going out of their way to comply with all (even if the place is so small you need to literally squeeze to take off shoes in the entrance, for example), but hosts not really bothering - just to receive the payment and not even answering to requests, even days after...

The location was great, easy access to everything central really, either on foot either by public transport. Good electric appliances/WiFi.

Dirty. Bed sheets stained. Leftover food in the fridge. No can opener. Rude and bossy notes all over the flat ordering us what to do. Notes said that if anything went wrong during our stay, nobody would fix it.

Not terrible, but I would look elsewhere in future.
