There was no hair conditioner available in the room... Some little things dissspointed me too a bit. But my wishes about the room were ok.

Breakfast was good. The location was fine. Beautiful lakeview. Went with bus to the centrum. Weather was quite bad (rainy), that might depent on my opinion.

The bed was really hard to sleep on, but sheets were soft and pillows & blanket of good quality.

The location was very good and parking great, view to lake-side and bridges are awesome if you have it. Breakfast was standard hotel quality (=very good).

Somehow for that price I expected a little bigger room with little bigger bed. Also I didn't find any available sockets near the bed (or, have to choose to unplug the lamp...), small leak from shower, that wasn't an issue at all but makes it look cheap for the price paid. Not easy to reach when coming by walk.

The view from the room and restaurant is incredible, perfectly clean room, comfortable bed. I loved the bathroom too. Breakfast and that amazing home made smoothie that I could have drank all by myself.

The hotel is around 25 minutes walk from the city centre which is not an issue but, because of this, it would be better if the food selection in the hotel restaurant was more varied. I would have liked to have eaten in the restaurant more frequently but as the choice was limited it was disappointing to eat there more than once during my stay.

I've stayed at the Alba for over ten years and I really enjoy staying there and will return. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and, on this occasion, I was upgraded as they noticed I was staying for a long time. That was a very nice surprise upon arrival.

We requested lake view rooms for the two people staying but this was offered to only one of us, which was a disappointment.

The range of food for breakfast was very good and the views from the restaurant were excellent. There were plenty of tables, allowing people to distance from each other. Despite the outside temperature being very low (-20C), the hotel was warm and comfortable.

It required some extra efforts to get an official bill for the sending institution (for a business trip).

The hotel is nicely located at the lakeside and close to the university campus. The train station is still in walking distance (20 mins). The hotel has complimentary bikes that can e.g. be used to cycle around the lake.

Breakfasts are of terrible quality in comparison to the price range of the hotel. You could eat it okay but there was little choice and nothing especially tasty :/

The look from the windows and the private sauna are the best things about this place.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to the lake and near to main highways. Everything was very good, the breakfast very taste and rich with different stuffs. The room was good, nothing extra, but just good small simple room good for a stopover. Very pleased with the hotel and we have already recommended it to our friends. Very good money-quality-rate..

Air con is useless and produce more noise rather than cold air. Property is obviously a bit old but hotel has managed to keep it clean and fresh as much it is doable without big construction changes.

Hotel is located beside of beautiful lake view and hotel restaurant has a good menu with good Quality food.
