Third time visiting the hotel and every time when having breakfast someone from the staff is using vacuum cleaner with heavy noise just next to breakfast room. This is unpolite! Lack of respect for guests having breakfast. Otherwise Amado is very nice hotel!!

There is a smell of dampness in the lobby, but there is no smell in the room.

I would have liked the option of a double-bed. The room had a fan but some hotels have air conditioning. And the breakfast could have been more international. However, these are very small points against an excellent hotel that was ideal for my needs.

Ideal location, right in the middle of the city. The breakfast was good if a little limited for a UK traveler (my limit, not Amado's). Staff very friendly and helpful, free coffee always available. My room was clean and the bathroom with shower was very good. No outside noise.

Though renovated, the athmosphere was still a little bit old school. Eg. TV wasn't smart TV, check in was manual paper work. Beds were separate and very light so though you try to combine them to double bed, it doesnt work.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and basic equipments found so serves the purpose.

The windows are double glazed but there was a club near by making a bit of noise into the night but wasn’t too bad but I think that was just the aftermath of the jazz festival. Apart from that was lovely. Staff made up for it.

After Cost benefit analyses the hotel was a very good one. Especially the parking of vehicle was easy. Breakfast was versatile, and the restaurant in the dinner time comfortable. Room was clean and sufficiently large.

There was a day when my room was not cleaned. The cleaning staff only seem to work a few hours in the morning. There was no international news channel on the TV in my room. The rooms don't have telephones.

The breakfast was very good and the armchair in my room was very comfortable.

The hotel is very old and it needs an update. The shower pressure was poor and the shower head itself was from the old age. There aren't a lot of power outlets in general, and one of the beds had none next to it. Wouldn't stay again.

Breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast; nothing exciting but good enough. The location of the hotel is pretty good: it was easily accessible by car, walking distance from everything and we were able to get a free hotel parking. Beds were comfortable and room was warm.

The rooms were very hot while outside was +30C degrees. The hotel has no A/C. Kids could barely sleep in the heat of the rooms. The fans in the rooms were a poor help.

There is no air conditioner and the fan is too small for a family, so I have to open the window and the noise comes from outside.

Management should prepare for deploying sufficient staffing on days like Juhannus, in which most places are closed yet tourist numbers rush pretty much all over.

We were large group of 8 families yet, we got a good service. Despite season rush, the management did not put sufficient staffing. Still the service attitude was great.

In June and July month, Fans should be provided as the weather gets quite hot. It was difficult to sleep in the night
