It would have been helpful to have a few more towels and couple more kitchen supplies. For a 7 day stay we didn’t have enough paper towel or toilet paper for 3 people.

The perfect location for rovaniemi! Close to a number of great restaurants, tour pick ups and supermarket.

The apartment was greasy. Centrally located in the city center and had everything you need. the Sauna was great, modern kitchen, comfortable beds and parking. A supermarket is located just behind across the road which was great for groceries to cook in the apartment however it was also close to all the restaurants and coffee shops (unless then 5mins walk). Wifi was good, there was Netflix, Disney and Amazon channels and a great washing machine and dryer. we would definitely stay again. thank you!

The entrance looked dodgy...ignore it. The apartment is top notch, and great value for money.

Excellent location. Spacious, clean, well heated. Great sauna, quality washer and dryer, toiletries and washing liquid provided. Netflix etc on the TV. Would stay again.

The place was perfect. It has all the complete amenities one would need especially when you are in a vacation. The Sauna made our stay more exciting and relaxing. The apartment is near the mall and supermarket.

A couple of things would make the apartment even better - extra pillows, more kitchen utensils and drying cloths for washing up. No cutlery tray in the dishwasher?? Also the curtains weren't wide enough to cover the windows - which wasn't a major problem in the winter but would be a problem in the summer. Only real gripe was it was very noisy on Rovaktu - we had 2 hours of a JCB moving snow around outside on one of the nights and couldn't sleep at all whilst this was happening - a bit of a shame but noise is always a consequence when you stay in a central location.

Very spacious apartment with brilliant facilities and very comfortable. Lounge sofas were large and comfy. Appliances throughout the kitchen and laundry room were very high quality - easy to cook your own meals. Sauna in the bathroom was a pleasant bonus after a long day out in the cold at Santa Claus Village. Beds were good, as were the duvets. Location was very good in terms of proximity to the main town and supermarket. We actually walked from the train station which wasn't too far.

Our 8 people were a bit too much for such apartment, got crowded and not everybody could eat at the same time, as kitchen was not big enough.

Very nice interior design.Lot of wardrobe space. Sauna was a pleasant surprise. Location was good - in the very center of town. Comfortable beds.

The apartment was excellent; exceptionally comfortable & clean, stylish and centrally located. Kitchen was fully equipped and well organized. Sauna was a nice bonus for our stay, so we enjoyed it greatly. Hosts were also very kind and helpful; they answered all our questions and allowed earlier checkin and later checkout! Everything was just excellent!

My only issues can easily resolved and I would rate this place 5stars. I contacted host twice about appartment being cool not very warm. No reply. Which was very disappointing. We watched TV with a duvet to keep us warm. My husband didn't find it cold though! I just like a little more heat. No information pack provided. Didn't realise you needed to seperate the waste until checkout when my husband was putting it out. Took us a while to figure how the hob, microwave and sauna worked. This info and a few other tips for the local area would be welcome.

Excellent location. Good directions to appartment. Appears to be newly renovated to a very high standard. Very cosy. Lovely sauna and gorgeous decor. 2 large bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living area.

The shower was not properly cleaned. I've contacted the host, I was told that the cleaner is on the way, waited more than an hour but nobody came. It was quite cold in the apartment. We were given any instructions for heating, sauna or other house rules, except that we need to take the trash out but no indication as to where we need to take it.

The apartment is very well and conveniently located and top notch technology throughout. Modern decoration and very spacious, enough for a family or group of friends. It is right in the city centre with shops, bars and restaurants just minutes walk.
