We had a wonderful family stay at this resort. The family suite overlooking the lake had all the comforts we needed. The resort offers a multitude of activities to do on site and we didn't need to hire a car. Although located in the middle of nature, the resort is only 10 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient for a short stay. The staff are very friendly and the activities are well organised and supervised. The breakfast buffet is very varied and has something for everyone! The hotel's two restaurants serve delicious, well-presented dishes. We highly recommend it.

The only thing we can mention, but not a major complaint, was that at the time of booking the restaurant Kota was a pizzeria but by the time of our stay it had changed to a set menu restaurant. We were looking forward to eating in the pizzeria and did not like the menu it changed to!

Location was great. The excursions we did were fantastic. Staff were lovely and helpful. Good selection at breakfast and very tasty.

We had unfortunately food poisoning on the last day of our trip after eating at one of the restaurants at the resort. But the staff were very accomadating- they offered us a refund and gave us late check out until our flight time. Even though it was a bitter end to our trip, we are thankful for the staff for accomadating us.

We stayed 2 nights at Apukka Resort and only the glass igloo was enough! It is really something to experience. We got to sleep under the stars. There are also many activities to book. We booked the private sauna by the lake and it was exhilarating! We would definately come here again :)

The restaurant wasn't the best, the atmosphere was good but the food didn't taste well. The cleaning lady left my PJs on the floor- I didn't appreciate that. Even if she does it at least make sure guests don't find it out. Later I had to pack it every time in a wardrobe.

The resort is amazing, and a lot of tours are offered by them. Breakfast was good, food was fresh, including coffee and tea. The location is a little bit far away from everything else - we chose it on purpose like that but to highlight for another tourist.

Early check-in option would be nice. Snack menu in the restaurant would have been well received!

Loved the overall setup and convenience of the resort. The tour offerings and on-site activities were fantastic, especially the sauna and chase experiences, which were a big hit with our group. We were lucky to see the Northern Lights twice during our stay, and all 5 of us would love to come back again someday!

Only two things i miss at the property. A convenience store and the rooms don't have tv. It would be very nice to chill inside your cabin next to the fire place and watch some movie while waiting for the Northen lights to appear.

The area is very peaceful. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food at the two restaurant are very nice. Don't miss the Salmon at Kota restaurant. Beautiful scenery. We had a cottage king cabin, very nice. Mrs Teija at the Aitta restaurant makes you feel as part of the family. Excellent hospitallity by Mrs. Teija.

Completely not going the extra mile to make my stay as comfortable as it can be. E.g. shuttle bus is still chargeable.. where in lots of Asian countries, some would b a lot more generatious

Bit expensive as compared to other similar resorts.

Room was nice and teady. Cozy place to watch Northern lights. Bit expensive due to hype, you can find other similar rooms at less price. Breakfast was included and good.

Well, everything is nice but you have to pay a price for that. In winter time, one night at a Kammi Igloo is expensive. You can check yourself. But hey... If you want to have a special moment with a person you love....

The Kammi Igloo is fantastic. Very nice bed, with view to the sky. A lot of interesting activities, althoug a little expensive.

All was good

It is fantastic place in the middle of the nature itself: forest, lake, glade with the small igloos. Fabulous view through the glass roof to the sky. During the nights there are no lights around, so you can see the clear sky with millions of stars. It is marvelous! Breakfasts are great - variety of different options including the chocolate fondue (kids were amazed).

Queen Cabin was a bit tight for a family of four. Bathroom rather simple, compared to other accommodation where we stayed in the surrounding area at a cheaper price, eg all had sauna in the bathroom it self.

Beautiful resort, with beautiful surroundings. Excellent to spot the Northern Lights if they can be seen. Breakfast restaurant very cosy and food excellent.

Good location, nice cozy igloo, breakfast not bad but could be better for this price. Location is also perfect to see northern lights. Food is good in both restaurants. A lot of options of activities
