Apartment is modern and cosy. The direct access to outside area is really convenient for family with kids. The sauna a nice to have and we enjoyed it a lot lot. Free parking space and great location outside the city and close to Santa Claus village.

the host could have shown up to say hello but understand this is how the business looks like nowadays. no problem with key collection in the secure box located next to the main doors.

1. location - apartment located between the city and the airport in the scenic woods. Very close to Santa Clause village too and grocery shop nearby (5min walk). Nothing more needed. 2. quality accommodation - everything clean, fresh and brand new to the highest standard + amazing sauna + sledges provided for the kids. great stuff, no question 3. attractions around - ideal both for small kids (Santa village, dog & reindeer sledging, snow-scootering, tire-sliding, ice-skating) and adults (you can do some snowboarding & skiing & ice-bathing in town)

The house was so clean, it was in immaculate condition. Milla was very quick to get back to any queries we had during our stay as well. The hills outside and sledges were excellent, the kids had more fun here than on some of the paid activities that we did 🤣

A wonderfully well equipped, comfortable, spacious, modern apartment. Spotlessly clean, modern new appliances. Only minutes by car to airport, santa claus village, shopping areas and city. Great little sledging hill with sleds freely available. Can't fault it.

Found it difficult to try to reduce temperatures in some of the bedrooms in the apartment... They were so hot. It would have been a massive help if there were instructions on how to reduce air con or able to regulate it ourselves..... this was the only dislike.

Apartment was exactly as described. Very family friendly area. Kids loved the little hills outside and the sleighs to use. Approx 15mins into town on bus, and 15mins to SCV. Apartment had everthing you could possibly need. The Sauna, a huge hit and it was really enjoyed after our days out exploring Santa Claus Village in -24 🥶

The property was great. Some of the other guests, not so much. (The property clearly posts quiet hours at night, but some guests don’t heed.)

New, very well appointed and comfortable apartment nestled in a residential neighborhood, walking distance to a grocery store. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room in the unit with all the comforts of home. We also walked to Santa’s village 45 minutes away. The host was friendly and accommodating too. Highly recommend!

I can’t name one thing I didn’t like. It was perfect

This was an amazing property in a great location, very quiet, close to city centre, air port and Santa village. The apartment had everything we needed. There were sleds kids were able to use outside the apartment. The host was amazing and allowed us an earlier check in time. There was a garage for our hire car which was no stress. We had an absolutely perfect holiday staying at the Artic Circle Holiday Homes II. The host, Milla, was incredibly kind, and always very helpful. The apartment itself was the best, with a perfect location close to the bus stop making it easy to reach Santa Village or the city center. Surrounded by beautiful nature, we enjoyed sledding and taking scenic walks, with a lookout point nearby for stunning views. The sauna, added also an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and the kids had a lot of fun. Thank you, Milla, for everything. This accommodation is top-notch and made for an absolutely perfect holiday experience.

The apartment was amazing. Everything you would need. So clean and modern. The sauna was a big hit and the apartment itself was lovely and warm. The outside space was perfect for the kids to sled outside very safely. And their favourite thing to do. Only a 8-10 minute walk to the shop. Location was perfect with easy access to the city centre, SCV and the airport. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back. Beds were so comfy and the 2nd bathroom was very handy too. Brilliant WiFi and netflix and you tube for the kids in the evening. Washing machine/dryer also handy especially for wet gloves ect after playing in the snow. Host very easily contactable and responsive. Thank you for a great stay. Didn't want to come home

The douche easily floods the WC floor as there is no guarding limits in the base. The beds are a bit narrow. Nothing to do with the apartment, but the weather was always cloudy, so no chance to watch the Northern lights.

Modern, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped apartment located in a beautiful environment. Excellent private wi-fi signal. Modern smart TV which allowed to log in to our personal Netflix and Prime accounts. All required house appliances to make our own meals. Excellent acclimatization. Warm temperature in the whole apartment despite the -4ºC to 1ºC outside. Very clean. Lots of room to lay our clothes and hang the heavy winter garment. 5 stars location. 7 minutes drive to Rovaniemi Airport, 7 minutes drive to Santa Claus village, 25 minutes drive to Ice hotel. Private covered parking.
