Cannot fault out stay absolutely perfect. On arrival our host collected us from the airport & during check in was very informative including all safety aspects. All areas were very clean, lots of space. David went above and beyond to help our trip be a perfect one offering a trip to a nature park (which I highly reccomend) as well as offering driving to places/home cooked meals. I highly reccomend the home cooked meals! During the stay David checked in with us to make sure everything was OK and was always on hand if needed. On our last day even held onto our bags till our evening flight. Cannot fault him/the accommodation we are already planning to return next year to stay again. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one!

The owner is friendly and helpful. The house was comfy and stylish. We were warm and cosy the entire time, owing to the fireplace and the sauna. The bathroom was huge and well thought out.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The property was impeccably clean and had everything we needed, it was ideally situated. We loved the sauna and the fire and the kids loved playing in the garden. David was a wonderful host, answering any questions we had. It was just brilliant!

The location was excellent as it was 5 minutes by car from Santa Clause village and 10 minutes from the city center.The host David was very helpful, willing and nice! The food he offers at home on payment had excellent quality and in big portions. I can confidently say that it is superior and lighter on the stomach than famous restaurants we tried.The traditional Finnish sauna in the house was an integral part of our daily life! The house was comfortable for a family of 4 and very quiet! I highly recommend it to families as well as couples as it is a romantic farmhouse in the snow with fireplace and sauna!

Everything was fantastic, David is a fantastic host, very helpful and kind! The location is amazing, not far from Rovaniemi and only 30mins walking from the Santa's Village. The cottage is cozy and clean. The fireplace and the sauna are the cherry on top of everything

Thank you David for making our stay so comfortable and hassle free. The accommodation was fantastic, always warm and had everything we needed. It was so great arriving to a stocked fridge and all the towels and toiletries provided and the sauna was such a nice treat. Having the option of your taxi service was so handy and saved us using expensive taxis. You really go above and beyond as a host making sure your guests are so well looked after. I hope we get the change to return again for longer

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

This property was idyllic, it was in the perfect location, quiet with stunning views! The house itself was lovely a clean and the perfect size for our short stay! There was everything you needed on site alongside extras which the host David was more than happy to be of help, with food, transfers and generally welcoming. It was like it had been cut straight from a movie. Its a walkable distance (20 mins) from Santas village which was a great walk with some of the views and perfect hills for sledging! The sauna after a day out was a real treat and David enlightened us on the Finnish traditions which made the trip all the more special! Couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Happy with everything.

The cottage was absolutely charming, with lots of lovely details, and super clean. Everything was brilliant from the comfy beds to the cosy lounge area and the amenities. Having an open fire and sauna was wonderful and both were set ready to use by the host David. The location was peaceful in beautiful surroundings, away from the busy centre. You can book a lift with David or catch a bus, and we were picked up from the front door by both of our excursion providers, so moving around is easy. The host David is very friendly, helpful and easy to contact, like a great neighbour. If you’d like a little piece of authentic Finland then this is the place to stay!

Everything was great!

Highly recommended place if you are travelling with children. There is a very big garden outside and David, the host, has sledges to play there. Very comfortable cottage full of details, very clean. There is a Dolce Gusti machine with capsules, sugar, chocolate, tea, so you can have breakfast there before you start your activities. 5 min from the airport, 5 min from Rovaniemi. You have parking at the place. Thank you so much David for making our stay perfect.

There was little time to rest in this wonderful house)))))

This is a very comfortable, cozy, wonderful house. The house is very beautiful. It has everything you need for rest - silence, fireplace, sauna, comfortable and soft beds. For children, the owner provides shovels and sleds. And an incredibly delicious dinner of traditional Finnish cuisine, which can be ordered from the host. It was an amazing stay at this guest house. The house is clean and everything in perfect condition. The sounding is amazing and an amazing walk down to Santa Claus village and supermarket. The host is friendly and always ready to help. I am looking forward to be there again.

The property was absolutely perfect in every way, we spent one of our days just relaxing in the warmth and space of it, aswell as sledging down the local roads. The photos on the website somehow do not do the property justice.

The location was so close to everything. The owner couldn't do enough for us from the minute he picked us up from the airport, to the moment he dropped us off. we were originally booked to stay in an expensive glass dome but changed our plans, and we didn't regret it for one second. I could not recommend the property any more. Clean, spacious, warm, log burners and radiators, an amazing sauna too, and home made baked cakes aswell! Our host provided us with an inexpensive taxi service, aswell as a welcome pack from the supermarket to get us started. we only wish we had stayed for longer...

This was an amazing place to stay while visiting Rovaniemi, it was about 20 minute walk to visit Santa in Santa clause Village.On arrival our host had milk,bread, and yoghurts in the fridge waiting us, he's hospitality and assistance with us was amazing on making our trip more magical, he even had snow shovels ready for the kids.Would highly recommend the Artic Circle Tranquility.Lovely people and great location.Hopefully we'll get bk again soon.

Communication with David before our stay was quick and easy. He greeted us in person and gave us a tour of the property. Everything was explained and he even set up the fireplace and log-burning sauna before our arrival. The lodge was spotlessly clean and had a perfect "home from home" feel. The venue being just 10 minute drive from the airport and Rovaniemi City Center, you would think of noise and busy traffic... Nope, this lodge is surrounded by forest trees, nature, peace and quiet. Perfect. I'm not a fan of big commercial hotels at the best of times, and with this venue having easy access to Santa Village and Santa Park, I struggle to see why you wouldn't choose this lodge as a base to explore this stunning part of the world. David, Thank You.

Really enjoyed staying here, great location for Santa Claus holiday village, Santapark, airport and even Rovaniemi. The garden is fabulous for kids to play in. No full kitchen but can have breakfast and lunch here due to coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and lots of utensils. Sauna and bathroom were amazing and really cosy house. David is so nice and helpful.

There isn't anything we didn't like.

The owner of the property was more than helpful and accomidating. Made our family feel at home instantly. I loved the bungalow, it was spotlessly clean and so very homely. The location was excellent, close to santa's village and just a short walk to the shop. Such an idealic bungalow. The sauna was the icing on cake. We definitely be back.

the place was perfect for us - 2 adults and 2 kids. Just few minutes drive to SCV and other attractions. The place was really warm, with everything what we needed. we were really enjoyed the sauna. The host prepared the wood for the sauna already and we could use it straight away. the space outside the house was great for the kids as well. we could parked our rental car next to the cottage. David was really helpful and polite. He orginised us the tripfor the ice fishing - it was really good experience and our kids just loved the trip. We can hiighly recommend the place.
