Hotel's location was very good. It was in the middle of nature. There was a river running by and a nature park right next to the hotel. Food was also good. It was a nice place to chase northern lights.

A perfect location in nature with a peaceful environment. The stars are very visible at night and potentially the auroras in winter. Parking right next to the accommodation, with the fact that right next to the resort is a great place for a walk.

We were not expecting this accommodation to be so well furnished ! It really feels like you have your own cottage in the middle of the forest, although you are super close to Rovaniemi (around 20min by drive). There's a full kitchen so you can really cook there - and an entire sauna for yourself. You can also make yourself a fire - there's a tv etc... So overall the best furnished accommodation we've seen during our trip in Lapland, the staff were really helpful as we did the check-in quite late, did not try the breakfast but a good thing that it was included. Would highly recommend for the autonomy it gives you + the location is really great :)

There is no public trasportation. You have to walk 3 km for trasportation or take a taxi. Hostel has shuttle bus 2 times a day. It goes City centre and santa village.

Stuffs, rooms, location, breakfast and nature. You are in the middle of the nature. There is trekking routes just beside the hotel. And also there is rendear and hsuky stable. You can visit there by walking. You should consider camping in the forest which very closed the hotel.

The location is fantastic, feels nice and remote but only 25 minutes from Rovaniemi. Our riverside lodge was clean, warm and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Check in and check out was simple even when we arrived late at night. Communication for all the check in instructions was very clear. The onsite husky experience was excellent, we booked on at reception and the guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Our only problem was the two beds, which to be honest we were aware of but it was not easy to put them next to each other because of the heater and that was a bit disappointing. As we would’ve liked a double bed option.

It was very convenient, the location was great and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. There is a hiking area with easy access from there and it has a beautiful surroundings.

The only thing that inconvenienced us on our stay was the lack of transport into the city of an afternoon. It is quite expensive if you don’t get the 10:30am shuttle.

Location was superb, surrounded by beautiful nature and scenery. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Staff were very helpful, particularly when helping book activities. Facilities around the resort were great.

You need a car to stay there because it’s in the middle of nowhere, we had a car so no problem at all. There is a TV but it didn’t work ! They should offer free sauna to guests ,it was very expensive :/ I have stayed in other hotels in Finland and it was for free ! My cabin number 8 , shower was a little bit blocked so the water was accumulating while showering , I hate it so much :/ I hope they can fix it to the next guests ;)

Heat on , small cabin but enough for few days , good breakfast and nice view from the cabin , very pleasant place ! Free snow shoes , the girl from the reception was really friendly and helpful! They have a restaurant for lunch and dinner but we didn’t have a opportunity to eat there.

Absolutely beautiful, magical place to stay. All the staff were lovely, especially the young French lady Marie( I think) who took us on our husky safari. She was so friendly, told us loads of interesting stuff, and, what shone out the most, was her love of the dogs❤️

The place was very nice. The rooms were clean. And there is forests nearby. We saw auroras both days of our stay. We also saw a wild deer on the forests at night. There are nice fireplaces. The food was good and descent price.

The apartment could have been a bit cleaner. The kitchen should have been better equipped. The seating area was a bit minimal. There were 4 palaces but when with 4 people not very comfortable.It would have been good if there would be a bit more to buy at the resort like groceries or even to order.

The distance to Rovaniemi is do-able. The resort itself is set in a beautiful nature park. The staff was very amicable and helpful. Breakfast was good. The kitchen in the appartement we rented was very sparsely equipped with plates and pots and cutlery etc... but the stafff helped us out and gave us stuff to borrow.

The wind was coming inside. The internet in the room was absent, only in the living room. Needed to take cups and tea bags from the kitchen.

It was authentic, comfy wooden house. I had how shower, teapot to make tea. It was clean.
