That the restaurant was closed, so you need to be aware before reserving the room in order to prepare where you will be having your breakfast.

Great location, the facilities were very well mantained, and clean. The cottages are great and simple for a weekend visit.

This was the best place ever. Hidden in pure nature. Safartica is on-site and breakfast and dinners were great. I would return without any hesitation back here!! We had a blast!

The place was away from the city and it was so perfect it was breathtakingly beautiful and loved my stay i was alone and yet felt so safe everyone was helpful and so kind i would love to go back again and the cherry on the cake was the Seeing the northern light at the resort

maybe the best location in rovaniemi, we felt so lucky that we didnt prefer santa village!!! room was hot but hot water is limited in cabins so be careful about that... nature is awesome, you'll have a loooong tracking pathways, just enjoy it...

The street lamps on the property are indeed very bright, which makes it hard to spot the northern lights. The sauna was rather old-fashioned & expensive.

The location was not too far from Rovaniemi, but a car was necessary to arrive at the hotel. The cabins were equipped with everything necessary: a little bathroom including soap & body wash, a mini kitchen consisting of a microwave, a kettle, a small fridge and a sink (we could have used plates/cutlery, but ok), and a big comfy bed next to a huge window (as in the pictures). The sauna was big and could be booked for 44€/45mins. The property is beautifully located right next to a river, in the middle of the woods with several (partially wheelchair accessible) hiking/snowshoe hiking paths.

small size (25 cabins) - exclusive cabins with window-wall on the woods no commercial pressure to do activities with Safartica ( a very big safari organisation that owns the resort) very clean free cross-country skis for use very quiet friendly staff right at the start of nice trails

There is no wifi in the building, we have to use the wifi in the reception which is not ideal for working while travelling. The location is quite far from the city, justifiable for the potential of seeing Northern lights, but would be helpful to have a pickup/drop-off service.

Worth the price. Saw the Northern lights from the hotel, amazing experiences. Love the campfire and that one husky sitting around. The breakfast is good as well.

The shower room door couldn't be closed , it's broken since we are there. Also the staff didn't communicate us ahead about thermal clothes that we need to wear before joining the Husky activities , that made our time waste and joining the tour late.

reception was badly coordinated. could be my affinity for English. forced to pay taxi fare even when there is a shuttle. badly communicated. receptionist was good, but tough to communicate. not ideal for an international crowd. she did her best though.

In evening time the lights along the roads/paths are pretty bright. Which is a little disturbing cause the location is outside of the city and breaths being in nature.

Lovely crew, very friendly, patient and helpfull. The appartment was very comfortable with a private sauna and a fireplace.

Lovely property, although it was a bit far from the city but the hotel provides daily shuttle service and it takes about 20-25 mins. And we kind enjoyed staying further out to immerse ourselves in the calm and serenity. The property is beautiful and looks magical when there is snow everywhere. Its right next to the river (which was frozen over) but provides beautiful views right outside your chalet. Breakfast was excellent, they even provided plenty Gluten-free vegan options for me. Special thanks to the staff who were very attentive - both kitchen and reception- they were very proactive to our needs.

We weren't aware the sauna would be an extra charge to use which was a disappointing find as this was not indicated on the booking.

Very very happy with our stay here! An amazing location with beautiful nature! We loved the panoramic cabin view over the forest (even saw reindeer go past our window). There are short nature walks on the resort too and even got to see the Northern lights from the property. We had a rental car which made everything easy, but I imagine it would be difficult without one as the resort is quite far out of town.

I regret not having spent more time there.

The resort is close to Rovaniemi airport. The apartments are clean and include all amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The wall facing the forest is glass, so you can see the northern lights if they arrive. The food is tasty and the staff is charming.

I didn’t like that the transport connecting to the accommodation was quite poor. The accommodation has one shuttle bus per day that leaves at 10:30, and returns at 4:30 going to Rovaniemi town or Santa’s village- which is quite a commitment as if you want to leave later or earlier you must get a taxi that can cost up to €70.

In an absolutely stunning location, great sauna, lovely staff! Adorable & super warm wooden cabin accommodation! Great for hiking, embracing maturing, and wandering the surrounding area’s rivers, lakes and forests!

The distance to Santa Village and to Rovaniemi means expensive taxis. It would be nice to offer regular shuttle to and from the resort as part of the cost in staying.

The entire atmosphere of being in the wilderness including the log cabin style buildings with rustic decorations. Also, the staff were very patient and helpful as I had a lot of questions about what activities were available and how to get back to Rovaniemi. I will likely stay here again if I'm ever travelling Lapland again.

Wow. This is true Lapland experience. Wooden houses in the middle of forest. Nice trails around the area. Clean rooms (even it hostel ones). Nice breakfast. Go here during winter season.

The challet is small, but very warm and comfortable with good design. All staff is very nice and hospitality. I like the restaurant so much, with very delicious taste menu. We spent all our dinner and breakfast here

Wifi doesn't work.

Value for money. You have everything on the hotel: the aurora when I shows, the activities, the huskies, the reindeers, the forest. It is close to the airport and to the Santa Clauss Village.
