Everything is fine, clean, and convenient living here. Mikko and Finna are friendly.Provided us with the greatest help and advice for our trip.Our trip these past two days has been very enjoyable and unforgettable.

The host was very nice and helpful. Apartment was very comfortable well equipped - especially the kitchen. In The bathroom we found new, clean towels and very nice cosmetics (body wash, hair products and sauna scent oil). Extra mattress on the sofa bed made it even more comfortable. In the closet we found some extra winter clothes that we could use and two pair of slights for the kids. Localization of the apartment is just perfect - next to the bus stop from where we could take a bus to the city center, Santa Claus village, Rauna zoo. The supermarket is just 50 meters far from the apartment. Walking distance from the lake (15 minutes). Highly recommend!

He went over and above: • Picked us up from the train station • Gave us a tour of Rovaniemi • Made the apartment available early • Gave us a transfer upon check out to our next destination The apartment is close to everything, has great space and is ideal for a family. Highly recommend.

Great location! You could walk to the bus stops if you want. You could walk to the restaurants. If you are doing a tour, all the pickup points are close. On top of the excellent location, if you had any questions or needed direction, they were always able to help. I would recommend anyone looking for a friendly family stay to stay here. We would stay again! Thank you for making or holiday extra special!

Near bus stop to Santa Claus village. Bus no 8. Since rovaniemi is a small town, we can just walk everywhere. The host Miko was very informative with regard to aurora sighting and thanks to him, we were lucky enough to experience it.

The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Well situated, bus stop to airport and Santa Claus Village is just 25m from the building. Easy to reach the city centre by foot (5-10 minutes), supermarket also very close by. Tiina and Mikko were great, offered to help us with information and trip to airport if bus not available due to strike! We wholeheartedly recommend!

We loved everything about the apartment and our stay. It’s modern, cozy, fully-equipped and meticulously clean. The location was so convenient and easy to reach everything in town, including two nearby playgrounds that my daughter loved. The sauna was also a great plus, really helping you relax after a day in the snow and cold. Above all, Mikko and Tiina are probably the best hosts you could hope for. I was very grateful that Mikko picked us up from the train station, let us check in early and helped with luggage storage and dropped us off at the train station on departure - made our stay so much easier! This has got to be one of the best places we’ve stayed on our holidays over the years. We’ll book again if we come back to Rovaniemi again. Highly recommended.

I was so appreciative that the owner met us early upon arriving by train. It was the early train, I paid for an extra day and they met us outside of checking hours AND allowed us to extend our checkout. That was so helpful bc we had our 3 children with us and had to wait on the late train w/bags and the train station’s lockers were not available. Also, the location was great, we walked to the grocery, train station and to the meet up points for our excursions.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay with a young family... even a spare buggy, which was really useful as the airline lost ours Mikko and Tiina could not have been any more helpful... truly excellent hosts - thank you - who made every effort to help with every aspect of our stay, even helping book tables for dinner The location is ideal with public transport directly outside and the twin centre just a 5 min walk away ... perfect!!

really great place. ideally located in rovaniemi center, the appartement is clean, well equiped and really confortable. The hosts Mikko and Tinna are really nice, providing a lot a useful tips and really kind. we enjoyed a lot this place and if one day we will go back to Rovaniemi we will try to come back here.
