I loved the view from the window. The wonderful staff very helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is near santas village. Very private location. Beautiful Rooms. Love the Rakas Restaurant.

hotel is next to a big parking lot and santa village. So does not feel remote and a bit touristy. There is no Sauna.

The fact that check in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 11 am is very bad and not very fair considering the price tag of the hotel. as good as the hotel is it doesn’t have the “cozy hotel” feel with the receptionist being rude on arrival and appears to be in a rush and don’t even care about customers.

This hotel is very unique and beautiful. Pricey but the views are worth it. The Sauna in the room is a big plus point.

Whilst the rooms are comfy, warm, quiet and the views are superb!! feel a bit of tlc was needed on our room, doors not quite shutting correctly, coffee machine probably needs a good flush through, also felt a complimentary bottle of something would have added an extra touch, but this is being picky, overall an excellent stay.

Had the most amazing 5 days at the hotel, location was superb!!! Walking around the site with the snow covered trees and snowy views was breathtaking! Staff were always available to provide excellent service! Shout out to the amazing breakfast and evening restaurant team and the consistently helpful drivers on site! Restaurant is very high quality, over the week had numerous breakfasts, tried lunch and dinner (5 course taster in particular was delicious) and all were very impressive and again the serving staff were always friendly and attentive. The walk to the nearby Santa's village was stunning and a good way to burn off a hearty breakfast! One evening we were blessed to see the amazing Northern Lights and the staff went above and beyond to provide us the best advice to take advantage of this amazing experience!! Whilst we didn't take advantage of the onsite provided experiences, those that did spoke very highly of them. Overall an incredible 5 days and cannot thank the staff and hotel enough!

I hated the beds. So soft, so small. The pillows were also soft and they become paper thin when you put your head. but they sent me memory foam ones once I requested so that problem was solved.

The price per night for this hotel is on the expensive side.

Overall the hotel is well maintained. Rooms are nicely decorated however I found it a little smaller than I expected. We woke up to a beautiful view and that makes up everything.

We have to email the reception for housekeeping to replace drinks and condiments that we needed.

The support from the guest relations was exceptional. Our flight was delayed and we missed a day stay in the hotel and could had missed the activities that we had planned. We emailed the hotel and got an immediate reply and our activities were rebooked without any hassled. Our room was all ready for us when we checked in the following day. They also prepared a to go breakfast as we have an early morning activity as well as when we left early for the airport.

Bathrooms were very small. Also the Menu in the restaurant could be more varied.

Staff were very good and attentive. Service was great. I also liked the fact that the hotel would transport you around if they had capacity to. They also provide sledges and snow rings to go on Toboggan Hill.

Space for big luggage Is very limited however not such an issue when compared to the rest of the benefits .

Robes and slippers are provided in the room whilst the view is exceptional. Also the valet service is really efficient. They pick you up from the room and take you to reception as soon as you text them. Thumbs up for the great service.

The facilities are simple, in line with the hotel spirit. With time having another cabin area for relax, read out, listen to music that is not the restaurant or the reception would be great.

Lovely staff. Unique cabines in the middle of the forest with simple facilities to allow you to rest and enjoy Laplan. Very good restaurant.kids and teens had a blast playing with the sledges at the property and location could not be better still not feeling crowded.
