they didn’t clean the room for the length of the stay. they could have make the beds and do a small cleaning. we told them and they didn’t do it.

The room, the view and the Jacuzzi were even better than advertised, but the thing that stood out was how incredibly helpful the staff was. Juuso helped us with everything we could've needed and more: setting up the room in a particular way, driving us to places, even showing us around Saariselka. Maybe I'm biased because I proposed on this trip, but this was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Get the Jacuzzi place! Absolutely worth every penny.

As a hotel room, it had everything you could need and more. The cabins were laid out in a creative way to ensure that they all benefited from the picturesque view over the woodlands. However, Nicky & team made sure that booking a stay at the Aurora Collection was about more than just a hotel room - it was an experience. They provided first-class service throughout our trip, including driving us to and from both dinner and our snowmobiling experience (that they arranged). Overall, because of the wonderful location, view and service, our group agreed that this was one of the best experiences that we've had. If you're considering staying here, then you should deliberate no further and make the booking - you will not regret it.

We personally have nothing negative to say, but if you’re after cooking facilities there aren’t any within the accommodation.

The staff were amazing and bent over backwards for us. They delivered a personalised service, were always available to help and really made our stay. They also offered a taxi service for our excursions. The breakfast was very good, a lot of food!

There were no cons to our visit.

The resort is located hillside, overlooking a very snowy and picturesque wooded area. All of the cabins have great visibility to the scenery. The managing staff Juuso and Nicky, gave world-class service every single day. They were a joy and highlight as much as anything we did during our stay. They were able to take care of all of our needs and help us to meet our Covid requirements to return to the States. The Auroras we saw were very vibrant and Juuso and Nicky made sure we didn’t miss them. We even received professional pictures with the Auroras as a special treat! (Thanks Victor) There is little doubt that we will be back to stay in the future.

The vacation was just WOW. The location is great! If you wanna see Auroras well, then come here! The city is a few minutes walk away, but the guys from the hotel will take you anywhere. No wish is left unfulfilled here. The things to do are so incredibly magical. We can highly recommend a stay.

just magic, best experience in Lapland, best accommodation under any point of view.. the jacuzzi outside, the personal sauna, the fantastic room, the breakfast directly in the room, the kindness of personnel, their availability to book for you activities and dinners and to take you there… always smiling.. this is real luxury.. once in a life you should go here and get this.

There could be a coffee machine or a pot of coffee for breakfast. The lodge is very new so maybe some of the small facilities like towel hangers are to be equipped.

The location and the view are incredible. The staffs, Nicky and Juuso are very friendly. Nicky took us to a fabulous restaurant. The sauna and the jacuzzi are clean and relaxing.

Service was incredible. Nicky and Juuso were so helpful. Always happy to give advice and lifts to everything we needed. Made the stay so relaxing and easy. They set up the most magical candle lit and rose petal room for a surprise proposal for my fiancee that just made the whole trip so magical and special. I would 100% recommend.

The hotel is brand new and so tastefully designed. Nikki is the best host, the entire staff was so nice and friendly we felt like we are visiting friends instead of staying in a hotel. The view from the room is just breathtaking, breakfast was delivered to the room every morning with freshly baked local pastries and it was enough for us pack sandwiches for lunch as well! Our room had a jacuzzi and a sauna which felt amazing in the snow. The staff coordinated reservations for restaurants and activities and provided trasportation for everywhere. The weather was snowy during our 2 night stay so we did not catch the Northern lights but the hotel itself was worth the visiting to Saariselka. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Although we expected a very nice accommodation, our expectations were exceeded. The view from our cabin was incredible. We were even lucky enough to be able to see the northern lights from our bed. The hosts took care of everything - every activity and restaurant visit was organized. The transfers to the activities and restaurants are already included in the price. We communicated with the hosts via Whatsapp and only had to let them know when and where we would like to be picked up. This service has made the holiday a unique and personal stay. Compared to other accommodations in the vicinity, this accommodation follows a completely different concept. There aren't that many cabins so personal contact with guests can be prioritized.

Everything was perfect.

It's not easy to find words to describe the beauty of the location and the hospitality of our hosts Juuso and Nikki. We had a perfect time at the Aurora Collection. Breathtaking landscape, wonderful modern and clean property with warm jacuzzi and our private sauna. Juuso organized everything we needed like activities, restaurants, transfers... It was an amazing vacation. One of the most beautiful places I've ever been.

We had the most wonderful stay at this resort! Besides the great Spa Cabin which has a Sauna, Jacuzzi and spectacular views and surroundings, we were thrilled by the AMAZING hospitality of Juuso and Nicky! They went beyond to make us feel comfortable and special. Never experienced something like this before (even though I am an extreme traveller). We will come back for sure!
