Nothing, this is a really high quality hotel. Good value.

Love AX - stayed last summer and when I had a stop over in Helsinki I didn't hesitate to book again. Very comfortable, great facilities. Breakfast is lovely and staff are very helpful. Location is perfect, in a nice neighbourhood with good local facilities (coffee shops, a Kioski) and great transport connections. Very close to ferry port, just a couple of tram stops.

Only negative thing was there no water bottles in the room. But I was drinking tap water and still alive 😁

Some politically questionable things are in the hôtel such as rainbow flags which is unfortunate.

Mood lighting in corridors took some getting used to. Limited dinner menu.

Close to city centre via 10 minute tram ride across road. Artwork throughout interesting. Breakfast excellent. Recommend inclusion. Room small but well appointed

Small rooms with little space for your cases/gear.

It was just fabulous. Arty, interesting, quirky, comfortable. Staff were adorable, informative and totally at your service whenever you needed them. They really went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Food was fabulous and breakfast was just divine. Tram stop right outside and very reasonable day tickets to explore the city with.

We loved our stay here at this art inspired hotel. Everything was great for a first time visitor to Helsinki, but the best thing of all was the wonderful staff group, they were consistently friendly and helpful, and interested. Appreciated them all, from check in to check out, dinner, drinks, breakfast time and always friendly. Thanks for helping to make my first visit to Helsinki great, would love to think I might come and stay here again.

The breakfast was amazing! The friendliness of the staff was like no other place we've stayed at. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Across the road from a small shop to buy tram/bus tickets. Beds were so comfortable, and pillows too. Great bathroom and products.

The hotel was lovely. Each room has a different art. Some are even from guests that have stayed there before. The bed was really comfy. The room was warm and the bathroom had heated floors. The staff was also very helpful and very friendly. They let us put our baggage when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. The breakfast buffet was full of tasty food for every liking. The location was also great since there is a tram station right outside the hotel (tram no.9), there were multiple supermarkets nearby and there was also a Sauna a 5 minute walk from there.
