I had problems at stay hier , But Anna a Careful, patient, responsible working attitude will make me pay more focus to their positive aspects and good things they do. I wish and i believe the Cheap sleep hostel will get better and better👍👍👏

First of all, I want to thank Anna who checked in and checked out on April 19th and April 21st. She is very kind ，friendly and has a sincere smile. 👍👍 She had a very good attitude and was very understanding me when I had Hotels problems during my stay，Careful, patient, responsible working attitude are important .👍👍👏 This is a large youth hostel. The facilities inside the hostel are clean, spacious and fully equipped. There are always waiters cleaning the kitchen and shower rooms The kitchen provides many cooking tools, just like at home. The stairs are very spacious and bright. There is also an elevator. The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the bus station goes to the airport. or go to the city center is very convenient and recommended👍👍

cleanliness is average (chewing gum stuck to the bed, floor under the beds dirty, toilet sometimes quite dirty, people in dormitories are not always respectful.

My bed was worse than Finnish Army barracks, maybe not all of them are the same but my mattress was already completely flat and thin in the center, and I could feel the metal bars under the mattress. Finding a comfortable position was nearly impossible. Hopefully all the mattresses are not that bad, but the staff should really check those out themselves and change out the bad ones.

Stayed here for a night because of an early flight, I like that the airport bus stop is right next to the hostel. Staff is helpful, there are many services such as a private bar for guests. True to it's name, cheapest bed in Helsinki.

Big hostel, works good, everything is clean, there is elevator, nice big park nearby, restaurants, grocery shop in the same building. Lockers are locked with magnet key from the door

Upper floor was some kind of a dormitory with lots of students. Sometimes they were spending time in the common zone on our floor and it was super crowdy and loud. But overall it was fun

It's quite far from the city center (about 45 minutes walk). The rooms and the kitchen were smelly; not enough washrooms for how many people it accommodates.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the place was clean even though it was a big place; the kitchen had pretty much all the needed utensils; the beds were comfy too. Overall, it matched the description they put here. But I wouldn't stay for more than a night.

Not that I didnt like but the building’s a bit old, and the ceiling could do a bit of a clean.

It feels like a hotel minus the ensuite. Location is superb- very near the tram and bus stop. There’s a 24 hour sho downstairs so you wont get hungry! Toilets are well maintained, showers are very smart to keep your stuff dry.

The Bathroom was really good for a hostel with so many rooms. The bar is great, and the staff is really friendly. The locker beside the bed is tiny, but they have a great locker room.

The kitchen was small and messy there was a lot of dishes and food wastes on tables and sink. Wc hand dryers didn't work.

Hostel was located in good place and the staff were friendly and helpful.
