The showers are shared, that is acceptable, though I didn't notice during booking. Should be checked whether it's stressed out adequately as this is important (it could be that it's me that was careless). They didm't pick-up the dirty towels or rubbish. I had to ask for new towels, toilet paper etc. There was mo reception except rarely. In cold tampere, the hotel was out of warm water on one of the nigjts and the room was cold. They did bring me extra blanket but didn't fix the water problem. Breakfast was okay, not many healthy options. On Saturday night there was loud party sound until late in the night.

The elevator is very durty inside. The room we got has 5 windows and no curtains at all. The condition of that room is not satisfactory and too bad for 159 euro per night. To be honest I was shocked when I saw it. We were offered two other rooms instead of this one, but they were same quality with the only one difference - there were curtains. The sofa is covered with stains and very dirty. The bed, curtains and walls also have stains and damages. Moreover, the air is bad as in an old Hyvinvointikeskus which is not in use anymore. It is an annoying bad smell in the room, very loud noise coming from street. Bathroom is in a cabin made of a thin material and straight behind the bed. It is just an insult for 159 euro per night. The condition of the rooms is a really low quality which means no respect for the clients. I wish I won’t stay at this hotel at all. Pictures are much more better than reality.

The receptionist was polite and tried to do her best to change a room for us, but unfortunately all 3 rooms we saw were in a really bad condition.

I stayed for a week and the room was cleaned once and the staff was not visible if someone was working there. breakfast very poor.

the room had not been cleaned on our arrival. The bedding and towels had not been changed. The sun in the afternoon coming through the windows had heated the room to an uncomfortable degree and there was no ventilation so it was difficult to sleep. No windows to open, only a noisy fan.

Although the price was quite high, it is normal in the middle of Hockey Championship. Reception was very helpful, thank you very much! Standard breakfast, room - in line with our expectations taking into account that it was one of the closest hotels to Nokia Arena and price/perfformance.

There was no shower inside the room and it wasn't mentioned anywhere. I asked for any vegan option for the breakfast included and the hotel said that they cannot provide that. They were stains in my room. There was no reception available.

The location is great. You get out of the train station and it's right next to the trails.

The great location also means there's some noise from the outside. The windows were big (nice for natural light) and the room a little bit cold because of it. The breakfast I could've skipped. If you need more help from staff, they might be hard to find, although you can contact them via phone at all times. This wasn't a problem for us, since we always prefer being left alone, but I imagine for some it might be.

Altogether a budget-friendly, decent place! The hotel is in a great location, very affordable, no frills, simple room with a comfortable bed and good pillows. It's nice to see a spacious room with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. There was no noise from other rooms, very well sound-proofed, which made the space feel more private. I also liked the addition of a water kettle. Staff was very helpful.

I was badly welcome by unpolite employees. The room was dirty and smelly too. When I lost my room code I phoned them 20 times and never got a' answer. Hopefully another hotel welcomed me otherwise I would have been freezing to death. The next day I came to pick my luggage and they said they sent me the code via sms but I never received it. Will never come back there and I advise you folks to never book a room there.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in the city center and right next to the train station. Very nice and comfortable rooms with everything you need and as a bonus good breakfast. :)

It was an unpleasant stay. Hotel is located above a disco, so a lot of hard music entering the room during the evening and night. Room was not really clean. Breakfast lacks quality. The hotel doesn't keep up with the description on booking.com.

Noisy, there is a disco in the building which means you have load music in your room during the evening and at night. Impossible to work or rest, due to the poor sound isolation is like having a heavymetal band in your room. The management did not respond to any of my complaints and they did not pick up the phone. There is no physical reception at the hotel.

minimally staff. no aircon or fan: quite stuffy and can be quite hot in summer. worse, windows latches were missing. floors were dirty under the bed. noise from next door opening/closing doors breakfast is minimal. no body soap or shampoo.

The facility is very old, the room was falling apart. No AC is never good during the summer, but at least one window could be opened. There was no staff anywhere, but I guess could be called if needed. Wouldn't call it a hotel but a hostel.

The location is great, only a few minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was better than expected.

Everything else was great but the private shower in the room was a separate cube with a lousy door and the body soap dispenser was poorly located. Could have used a separate shampoo/conditioner also. Both very, very minor problems and one could always use the shared shower in the hallway.

Fantastic location and a quiet stay, even despite being in the center of things. The breakfast is great with good serving hours, and especially the coffee from a good machine was way above my expectations. In the room we had fantastic air quality and conditioning. Just the right temperature (you couldn't adjust it yourself anyway).
