Everything! All amenities were well thought out, it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfy, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Staff were great.

Noisy and dusty construction on the street in front of the hotel - would have preferred to know about that in advance. Due to that it was also a little difficult to figure out where is the main entrance (depends on what side of the house you are coming from though).

There was noisy building work going on outside and it wasn’t nice being woken up by a huge digger digging up the pavement under our window at 7am

There is a lot of construction in Kallio currently and they start early. Not the hotels fault but it's a slight inconvenience.

Nice room, very clean and a few steps from public transport. Very easy to get downtown Helsinki! Felt comfortable and safe here. The beds are really cozy. Access to hot water, microwave and laundry (paid) in lobby. Everything worked really smoothly with electronic check-in, and the hosts were very responsive when I had questions. The price for quality was good for Helsinki especially! You don't have a fridge, tv or phone in your room but it's not really needed. There's a fridge in the lobby if needed.

The rooms were clean, large and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet so we couldn't hear others around us or in the hallway. Loved how there was facilities to get hot water whenever I wanted by going downstairs because there were no kettles in the room

Despite the room being of a reasonable size, there are no shelves for clothing and the hanger is clearly designed for pants and jackets, not so much for coats and dresses, therefore storage came across as short plus keeping clothes in the luggage during a week of conferences and presentations is not incredibly convenient.

Everything is very new, therefore, in a good condition. One of the indisputable benefits of this place is its location and the access to public transportation. Also, digital check-in/check-out worked really well,

I think that it could be worked out a way to offer breakfast to the guests, even if something simple.

The best option in Helsinki! I have stayed in several hotels in Helsinki, but Citybox is the best option to what concerns location-price ratio. The rooms are so big and comfortable, it is equipped with everything needed.

The area was under construction during my visit on 9th of April 2024 but I wasn't really much affected by it as I was out & about in the daytime. However, around 9pm+ and 11pm+ I was awaken by sounds from another floor (could it be from a washing machine?). I wasn't sure. Other than that, the hotel is quiet most of the time despite it's central location.

Location is superb! Less than 2 minutes walk from Hakaniemi metro station & close to many convenience stores & restaurants. The room is clean & I love the nice fragrance. The check-in process was easy & quick. Storage room provided is a plus point. I had a great stay
