Closing times for the breakfast, sky bar as well as spa and gym are quite early. There are many tourists like myself who would enjoy a late night gym, sauna and spa after a long day of exploring the city.

You have to pay for a robe and slippers, unless you upgrade your room. Our room was already very expensive so this was frustrating and seemed unnecessary. Outdoor heated pool did not have a roof so did not feel very heated. They could have had some sort of cover for it and left the rest open.

Great hotel. Sky bar with sauna and pool were great. Location wasn't bad, it took 25 minutes to walk to the centre. Breakfast was great too.

I didn't have towels and slippers in the room. At first sight it looked like the room wasn't ready to receive guests! At the front desk, I was requested to pay the accomodation fee again( the receptionist didn't mind to check if the transaction was completed beforehand) ,even though the payment was completed long time before. I had to prove that I paid before only by showing the receipt sent by booking.

I enjoyed the location and the view from the room . The Skybar has a great view over Helsinki and is very pleasant to spend a chill night there!

The wardrobes in the room could be bigger, especially if two people are staying for several days. It could have been a little bit cleaner, dusty. Several things are not allowed if you pay +1000 euros, such as shower that leaks, a toilet that you have to press 2-3 times to stop the water running.

Superb breakfast, exceptional staff, amazing facilities. We asked for a few requests in advance if they could fulfill them and they did everything. Very professional. Great sauna and pool area. Amazing view. Cozy beds. Definitely coming back.

Suprised by the quite dull interior decoration of the floor. Door man in upstairs bar hours before new year’s was inpolite.

Nice view from 9th floor. Breakfast was good. But why all the tables are for four people, would imagine that there are plenty of parties of two > more free tables.

If a hotel like this had a courtesy bus to town that would be great.

The hotel was well situated to the port and had good tram links to the centre. The staff were friendly and the views from the Sky bar were great. The bar is a little on the expensive side but worth having one just to go with the view! The room was comfortable.

If I would have to make any comments then I would have to say that the sauna on women side was a bit messy. Probably due to fully booked night before.

Beautiful room with enough space. Bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff is most friendly! And great gym either a beautiful view!

The room isn't as big as I had expected but it didnt stop me from having a wonderful sleep

The rooftop spa, the tram stops just outside the hotel plying between city centre and west harbour ferry terminal to Tallinn. Hotel breakfast spread was amazing. Staff were most helpful and there is a snack corner with fruits, yoghurt and breads for guests. Love the bubble lifts that look out to the water as well and toilet amenities are all from Rituals - a luxury home and body products brand

Great Staff, perfect location with great views too. There is tram stop just outside making traveling to shopping areas and cruise centre super convenient. I love the sauna and pool too.

Window in my room was dirty. You only noticed it when it wasn't dark outside so it didnt bother that much coz at this time of a year it is almost always dark and kept the curtains closed most of the time. It caucht your eye of course when you checked in and wanted to take in the views. Like said didnt bother that much and forgot to mention it to the staff. Im sure it would have been fixed right away if so.

Breakfast and 16th floor was exellent!! The bed was comfy and views are amazing. Enjoyed my time
