If a hotel like this had a courtesy bus to town that would be great.

The hotel was well situated to the port and had good tram links to the centre. The staff were friendly and the views from the Sky bar were great. The bar is a little on the expensive side but worth having one just to go with the view! The room was comfortable.

If I would have to make any comments then I would have to say that the sauna on women side was a bit messy. Probably due to fully booked night before.

Beautiful room with enough space. Bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff is most friendly! And great gym either a beautiful view!

The room isn't as big as I had expected but it didnt stop me from having a wonderful sleep

The rooftop spa, the tram stops just outside the hotel plying between city centre and west harbour ferry terminal to Tallinn. Hotel breakfast spread was amazing. Staff were most helpful and there is a snack corner with fruits, yoghurt and breads for guests. Love the bubble lifts that look out to the water as well and toilet amenities are all from Rituals - a luxury home and body products brand

Great Staff, perfect location with great views too. There is tram stop just outside making traveling to shopping areas and cruise centre super convenient. I love the sauna and pool too.

Window in my room was dirty. You only noticed it when it wasn't dark outside so it didnt bother that much coz at this time of a year it is almost always dark and kept the curtains closed most of the time. It caucht your eye of course when you checked in and wanted to take in the views. Like said didnt bother that much and forgot to mention it to the staff. Im sure it would have been fixed right away if so.

Breakfast and 16th floor was exellent!! The bed was comfy and views are amazing. Enjoyed my time

Swimming pool times to clean were a little bad. Maybe they should do after the checkout time so you can still go there before ou must leave

No negatives amazing hotel with great value for money

Amazing hotel, impressive waterfront building in good location right by tram number 7 & 9 - friendly staff who were great, stunning sky lounge with views over Helsinki and the docks area. Great onsite restaurant and cafe. We only had breakfast onsite but it was very good. Will definitely return when back in Helsinki.

The room view was facing the elevator rows of the other floors was very disappointing and I found the furnishing extremely minimal/lacking interior character. As our stay was in December the room was very cold, not well heated. The Doors of the room were very heavy to pull/push were difficult to open.

The Breakfast Buffet was excellent. I really admired the glass elevator view that overlooked the frozen ocean/ship yard and roof top lounge gave very unique view of the city. There was a live artist painting and soulful music playing at the lounge during our stay, good entertainment. Tram stops are right next to the hotel.

Really clutching at straws here but the only thing that could have been better was if we had a radiator or towel rack in our room. We visited when Helsinki was very cold and at the end of the day our gloves and hats were wet and would have dried better on a towel rack.

Our room was a little too small for a hotel this category. That's the only thing that bothered me. All the rest was top of the notch!

Breakfast was definitely one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. They had plenty of everything. They even have to give time slots to the guests because it is a very disputed thing in the city. I loved it. The Sauna, Swimming pool and Gym on the top floor are actually a plus. Amazing views. Staff was very helpful and above all expectations.
