The hotel was really cozy. The location was great, and the staff were really nice! The only setback was the pillows, but it wasn't really a concern—they were just too soft for my liking.

The gym was outside and costs 10€ a day. A nice gym but walking there and back was no fun... It was cold and icy.

The premium breakfast arrangements did not quiet work during the busyiest Easter days, waiting time to order breakfast was 30 minutes one morning. Apart from that, everything was perfect for us.

We stayed in a deluxe suite and the room was spacious and nicely decorated and we had a lovely balcony on the afternoon sun side. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and has a great service attitude. Special thanks to Helena and Lukas who made our stay most pleasant.

very friendly staff, great location and very spacious and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurants that are inside the hotel, so we didn’t need to go out in -20°. We were very lucky with our stay during March and got to see the Northern Lights already on our first night, from the comfort of our own balcony. Even though the hotel is near the slopes, the Aurora lights were super strong. the picture attached is from that night. It’s very near to the zero point slopes and they offered us ski storage.

Design of the hotel is really beautiful! We were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist Johanna Pernu. She made our stay unforgettable with her beautiful smile and kindness, and we really want to thanks a lot! - She is Top! The room was very clean and spacious. A coffee machine who made our morning very pleasant. Loved the Rituals product in the bathroom. Eye for detail A nice touch was to find bathrobe and slippers ( you don’t find very often in the hotels in Levi).

Wouldn't recommend the room for new couple who haven't passed the fart border/pieruraja in the relationship. The toilet was so modern that it was a glass wall that was not able close properly. You could here everything that was going on in the toilet.

Breakfast was very nice. Down side that coffee was not that great. Low quality oat milk. Also last morning the chef changed and the egg benedict quality dropped

This is NOT a “Spa Hotel” - that is very misleading. The hotel is 5 minute walk from a water park/leisure centre. We visited once and never again during our 6 night stay, as it was not a spa, but a mass public leisure centre. The hotel itself has no facilities whatsoever.

A fabulous nights sleep - super comfortable beds, with beautiful bedding. High standards and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Mix of la carte and buffet breakfast was really great. In-house Pizza restaurant was superb.

Room was not cleaned every day. Breakfast was understaffed so there was a wait when busy, but staff were very pleasant.

The bed was so comfortable. Room was really nice. Breakfast was very nice with good choice. Location is excellent. Spa facilities were good.

It was really cold in SPA - completely useless. The beds were too soft according to my taste. The resolution of my rebooking was a little slow. But all these things didn't spoil the overall experience.

The quality of facility and service is really outstanding. The quality of food is exceptional taking into account you are in the polar circle. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. It's really five minutes walk to the city center and ski lifts, I didn't have to rent a car.

The breakfast wasn’t up to the standards of the hotel in terms of the food nor the space where it was served - should be updated!

Stylish, very new hotel. Really liked the coffee machine, toiletries and the small welcome snack left in the room. Really comfy bed.
