Car parking is a nightmare: the car park is accessed via a narrow ramp up to the courtyard/roof (2nd floor). Manoevering with a longer car is difficult. Spaces are limited and even if you pay for a day's parking, there is a good chance you will not get a space if you return in the evening - BE VERY AWARE THAT YOU CAN BE FINED. Parking spaces are very narrow and it is usual that 2 spaces will be taken up by a single car. Access at night from the car park can only be made via the ramp to a street-level side-door. The ramp can be icy and is dark ( this is very bad for lone or mobility impaired travelers ). You can not call the hotel for assistance after 22h00 (??) and the parking company customer services can not be contacted in case of problems. 3 person rooms will have a sofa bed -- THIS BED IS NOT DESIGNED FOR HUMANS. Expect a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

Convenient hotel in the centre of Oulu. Rooms have a microwave and small fridge and are extremely functional in design. Hotel rooms are clean and the service friendly. The hotel also allows dogs for a small charge (recently introduced) but in the room a bowl and treat as well as a towel for the dog provided.

This hotel did not meet expectations set by price paid. Most expensive hotel in a month of travelling and not at all worth it. Corridor was noisy. View onto carpark. Microwave but no bowls, plates, cutlery etc. Went to the shared kitchen - it was dirty and had few of the things needed. Cupboard doors hanging off. I wouldn't want to use the kitchen. Whole place felt like a converted office block. I felt ripped off.

I met a nice dog in the elevator.

The speed of the lift is slow and the lift tends to be occupied mostly as per my experience.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was well behaved and very helpful. They have included coffee and tea in the room price. By the time I reached the hotel it was very late and all the restaurants around work closed. Staff help me to get some hot chocolate from the beverages available at the reception. The operational method of the hotel is extremely sustainable.

The room was odd. There was a bathroom in the middle that separated sleeping areas. two beds on one side of the bathroom adn nother bed on the other side. As a family, we were separated. The lights to the areas were with common control so if we turn off the lights then only the bed area would have reading lamps. They gave us a table fan for the separated area, which seemed a bit unreasonable considering i paid Euro180 per night for the room. The bathroom had a health faucet but did not have any toothpaste or body cream. These could have been stocked in reusable bottles like the bodywash. The sloping of the bathroom was not good, so water was stationary and we had to wipe it using a "squidgy" that they had in the room, so they knew that water stagnates, adn did not try to fix it the right way, so was not very happy. We paid for the breakfast separately and it was an acceptable option for us vegetarians. we could have some food. The cost was a bit too much since we were charged 12Euros per adult and 8Euros for the 7 yr old child for breakfast.

The hotel promoted Ecologically sustainance and we liked it. The room cards that were given were made of wood, however, the card with our rom number on it was laminated in plastic. this could have been avoided. They had a real green wall with plants adorning as well as a moss wall, all real plants.. this was new and refreshing. The staff was very cordial and helping.

Very warm rooms without possibility to adjust. Hard to sleep in such conditions. 3rd bed in the room was not comfortable and is not for an adult.

Location is in the centre, 3 minutes a walk there is a bus stop to Oulu Airport. ( in that time bus 8 ) Staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. They gave me info about the city and transport. My room was very clean, WIFI works well, fridge, micro wave and kettle in room. Bed is comfortable and it is quiet, no noise. It is nice , clean and safe hotel.

great place right in the center! very convenient location, there are many cafes and shopping centers nearby, the train station is 10 minutes away, very helpful staff. The only problem is with free parking, there are no problems with paid ones :)

We arrived in Oulu way too early and the staff is very accomodating. She let us stay even before 7am. Also, one great thing about this hotel is that they respond fast with my inquiries. They let us leave our baggage before our check-in time. Our room was clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast offered is worth the price.

We did not like the lack of a shower curtain in a very small bathroom. Taking a shower meant splashing water in the whole bathroom, making it unusable in a short period of time. Furthermore, our room was located on the second floor, with floor to ceiling big windows facing directly into a parking lot (photo attached). To get privacy, we had to keep the blocking curtains closed the whole time, a crime during summer time (and a pitty for the environment!)

The hotel is located very centrally, thus perfect for visiting Oulu. The staff was friendly and very fast check out (by dropping the key in a box at the reception).

Room was cold, I had a ventilation on top of my bed, which made it even colder. The receptionist offered me to change to another room, but I was too tired from my trip and decided to give up since I had to be there only one night. Room was quite dirty (stains next to the kitchen facilities and on the bed sheets) and very dusty. Single bed was super small and there wasn´t a proper furniture next to it to place my bigger stuff (laptop etc). Very basic and too priced, would be very uncomfortable to stay there for more than a night.

The towels and blanket did not have a “fresh” smell to them, but they looked clean.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city’s center. I had a lovely view of the park nearby from my room’s windows. The staff members are welcoming and friendly. The room is spacious and clean, with a microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee maker, plates, and cutlery. The bed is comfy.
