The pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. And even though we followed the instructions, couldn't get the temperature down, so it was a bit to warm for our preference

Convenient location and good value for money. The apartment has everything you need and also possibility to cook yourself. Event though we had second floor and windows to the street- it was very calm even in the new years eve. Apartment was clean and check in easy.

The floors were dirty; long hair and dust both in the room and the bathroom.

There was almost everything a person needs, but it would have been more complete if there would have been a microvawe. Also if there is a event, there where xmas marketplace usually is, you will hear it. Also some bar action you could hear, luckily it was not summer time so it was bearable.

It was perfect for solo traveler. My room had a good amount of space. Entering the building was easy, once you had the code. There was all the essentials👍

It's better to have some shelf in the bathroom where guests can put some makeup or eyeglass.

The location is perfect! The apartments are located in the city center. Close to many attractions, cafes, shops, theaters and the beauty of the old town. The Muumi museum is within walking distance (15 minutes). Room was very nice and comfortable with new staff and blackout curtains. There are many kitchen dishes.

Two travellers with a large bag(s) could find it difficult to fit in this 2-bed room with a super tight sleeping corner (= two single beds jammed side by side in a small space). No microwave oven. No cleaning. If you're staying longer period, you propably want the room cleaned once in a while but for three nights that was ok. I you're traveling by car, it could get troublesome to find a place to park.

No need to communicate with the staff. Everything went smoothly just by messaging. Private peace - come'n'go as you want. Clean room and bathroom. Kitchen was good. Only thing I was missing was microwave oven. Spacious enough for one person. Super excellent location. Good for solo traveller with small bag.

The wi-fi was less than fully reliable. Made my work a bit difficult at times. But still manageable.

I really liked it here. It's a great set-up for stays that are too long for a conventional hotel room (mine was two weeks). An elegant mini-apartment with a kitchen area, a microwave oven, coffee making facilities, a fridge and all. My room even had a washing machine in the bathroom, with laundry liquid supplied (there is also a communal laundry room in the building). Good comfy bed, all nice and clean, in a central but quiet location, within easy walking distance to the train station, supermarkets and everything. Oh and lots of nice bars around.

I had real problems with the identity verification procedure, which required me to photograph my passport with my smartphone. Trouble is, I'm a primitive and only have a dumbphone. Fortunately, this problem became apparent before we travelled and, with the help of the Forenom people, we were able to work around this.

The apartment was much better than expected. It had clearly been completely renovated recently, was very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The location could not have been more central and, because we there at the weekend, on-street parking was free between 18:00 on Saturday and 12:00 on Sunday.

There were no instructions for thermostat so the air was always on, which made the room quite chilly. Also, the Wi-Fi was quite spotty if you weren’t in the middle of the room.

Excellent location. The apartment was super tidy and the kitchen had everything from pots to a coffee maker.

If I had to make one complaint, the wifi was a bit spotty at times, but not the worst.

Great location! Only a 10 min walk from the train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Contact-less check in and check out. Quick communication from staff. The apartment had everything you need to be comfortable. Conveniently, there was a laundry room on site (bring your own detergent). A very enjoyable experience.

A nice compact room with all the needed facilities. The location was perfect too. Less than a kilometre from the train station and walking distance to interesting locations like Pyynikki and Arboretum. Check in and Check out worked seamlessly and customer service responded quickly.

Excellent location and close to all attractions. Excellent laundry facilities with washing powder supplied. Apartment was well equipt for self catering and very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for us.

It would've been nicer to have a double bed than two single beds moved next to each other.

Brand new, clean, nicely decorated, quiet studio with comfortable beds, a great shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Right in the heart of Tampere with the railway and bus stations nearby, as well. It wasn't an issue to arrive very late at night because we could get in using a key code.
