Cleaning could have been better. Had hair in my bed, maybe it was a mishap but let's hope it doesn't happen again.

The fact that I stayed for 21 nights and there was no arrangements to be changing my bed or check if my room was clean weekly. I was told cleaning is done when you check out which shouldn't be the case.

Wifi did not work. Connected fine, but no data. The check-in was a mess. I got confirmation from booking.com with pin number. Ofc that does not work, because I have not confirmed the reservation. Ok lets do that. Then I have to pay. Wait what? I just entered my card details… Ok do that again. Then I have to present identification. And of course no mobile auth. This is the fourth time I have to log in to netbank. I am getting angry and after 5 days I still hate the experience.

Injured due to a bad elevator door. The door closes too hard, you just don’t have time to remove your hand.

The room was not clean. There were hairs and rubbish on the sides and under the mattress which made it difficult to check if the room is free of pests.

Interior design was ok, the kitchen area would facilitate meeting other travellers, which is nice.

My room in particular had a column in the middle of what is already a very tight space which made the space basically unusable. Had to put all my stuff on the bed which is SO high up and made the whole experience chaotic and extremely uncomfortable. Also the room had a weird smell, not sure if it was from the mattress or bed sheets but probably due to being such a small space with no openable window to the outside. Overall the whole place looks nice in photos but somehow didnt 'feel' comfortable in real life.

Good location I also like the sauna and easy to use laundry area

room was crazy noisy with some strange humming noise that must have been air conditioning or something. i was surprised to have seen a pair of ear plugs on the bed on arrival, i laughed that this is not a good sign… and it wasn’t. room was very basic, noisy, you wont be able to sleep without ear plugs. i regret not paying 20eur more and I could have stayed in decent hotel around the corner. I can’t recommend this place.

the doors are incredibly loud, they smash and the whole room is shaking. so if somebody is going to the toilet at night everybody is waking up. the same with the beeping of the door code if you enter it. this is super annoying and unnecessary that it makes a sound. the room was not clean, the floor was not clean and even a chewing gum was on the heating and nobody removed it even when I contacted them. the customer Service is terrible, you barley reach them and if they come back to you, it is after a few days, they have no idea what is going on in their hostel the cleaning is so superficial that it only looks clean at the first glance. the rooms even the larger one did not have a window- and the ventilation is bad, and making wheezing noises. you can stay there for 2 nights but definitely not longer!

I forgot to update my information, but when the day Check-in. I wait for 3 hours to access the room. Also the phone of customer service reply very slow. They said you need to wait to call back. But I couldn’t get the phone when they call me back. Then I followed a man to come inside and a cleaner help me contact with the officer then figure out the key number. I think I won’t come back here again.
