We had a booking for five persons in two separate rooms but ended up having only one room for four persons. We tried contacting the customer service but they only told us to contact booking and did nothing about our situation. Booking couldn't get a hold of forenom and we were left to deal with our problem alone.

There was no staff to talk to, they were responsive daily by chat but if you had an immediate problem you are on your own. You cannot extend the booking in here, they force you to do it in their own web page and the prices are much higher. I asked for a quote and when I notice the price increased 1/3 I tried to do a different booking here but they blocked all the availability. As I needed to ensure a place to stay I accepted and then immediately after they free the booking a lot more cheaper than the first booking, it's a trap. Make sure to do then another booking by yourself even if you need to change room. You would get a clean room everytime you change and they won't charge you extra, if they know you need to stay longer they will make you pay more than you should. The place is not clean enough so is worth it if you have a discounted price but if they charge you the same as other places is not a good deal.

That was near to Aalto University, very convenient. Around the hotel there's a really nice forest, is good to walk, very calm.

The noise coming from kitchen, toilet doors being opened and closed, voices of other people, loud conversations,. Dirty carpet and bed cover. The linens were clean but everything is inconvenient. The toilet was out of order for a day and there was plumbing and the plumbers left smelly liquid o the floor. Photos on booking.com is far from the actual

Don’t suggest to stay here. Hostel in real life is much worse than pictures here. at the entrance to Hostel is very dirty with lot of cigarettes and other stuff on the ground.

The beds were too small and there was no receptionist to attend to people arriving who may be unfamiliar with the entry system and how to book for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There was no shower on my floor and had to go down the stairs to get one

- no staff on weekends, - weird smell - payment needs to be done outside booking via their own website 😓 - they ask you to submit your id/passport/car license documentation to "verify you" and only then send you the codes for self check in, I do not trust them and I do not see the point of providing my personal information. I did not like this "verification and payment outside booking.com" experience - some toilets on third floor, mens bathroom were not functional (either lock does not work, either lights do not work etc) - I do not recommend traveling without slippers because texture of floor (and color) in the bathrooms and showers is unpleasant

The accommodation was perfect and exceeded expectations in every sense. I liked most the functionality of the appartment in the situation of limited resources. The choice of kitchen utensils was very handy and practical, the planning of toilet and shower optimal. Everything was very clean. We are most satisfied with our stay.

The place smelled weird and bad, the room was very poorly cleaned when I arrived (crumbs, hair and dirt on the floors) and hadn't been deep cleaned in a long long time (think dust, dirt and grime in corners, old, yellow pillows etc). The showers were dirty and dark with no proper place to put your stuff in, and the corridor doors opened straight to the shower stalls. The staff called me little after 8am and offered me a room cleaning "maybe" for the same day and also told they could ionize the room, which would take 24 hours. After that they checked if there were other free rooms in the same house. At least they tried. I ended up checking out early even knowing there were no refunds, because it was just that bad. I shouldn't have trusted the hotel's pictures and read the reviews better.

The location was good. Contactless check-in was nice. Having a fridge and a coffee maker in the room was good. The staff tried valiantly help me through phone sufficiently quickly and friendly.

It was dirty. Simply put, it was gross. There was no reception to ask about parking or the cleaning. The bed, mattress and doona was stained and covered in hair. When I sent a message mentioning this I was asked if I'd called to get it fixed. I don't think this is my job. Inspect the room and the furniture. They did express concern though. Check the cleaning. I was afraid to take my shoes off and slept on top of the clean linen. Not cool

It was not far from the center by train.
