There is no extra pillow or a wardrobe for the clothes to hang.

The keyless system works perfectly, the room is warm, with comfortable beds. There's everything you need for a few days' stay. And the location is fantastic- you can get to the main station as well as the most of the attractions on foot in about 15 minutes.

The shower head was terrible. It sprayed everywhere around the room wetting everything.

Location of the TV whilst chillaxing could have been positioned better. From Bed could only see half TV and only one chair available in the room for two people. Had to move bed and use as a sofa to view TV.

Booked with breakfast, hardly any information apart from the information that it will be served at Cafe picnic which is located “nearby”. No information by the property only found out on google maps that it opens 10:00, please provide clear information on breakfast hours, otherwise I’d have booked it without breakfast.

Bathroom with mould, had to ask 3 times for extra pillows and got them just night before leaving. Curtain hooks on the floor in the room corner. Armchair needs cleaning.

Pillows are not comfortable at all, it's not a pillow, it is more like a small decorative pillow you put on the couch.

The location is great, centrally located, everything is very walkable from the Aparthotel. Easy self check in system. The room was good, nothing too special, good for shower and sleep.

The advertised "kitchenette" was just a small flimsy fridge, flimsy coffee maker, kettle and basic dishes (plates etc) but there was no sink. Only the one in the toilet which I find quite gross in all honesty. Also some of the dishes were not properly cleaned so I had to start by washing all the dishes before using them. Almost like living in a hostel. The room would have needed a bit more vacuuming as well. There could be a lot of potential for the room to be so much better with a proper shoe and coat rack and a sink.

Location is really good, quite big room and a good table if one would need to work from the room.

The twin beds were set up on opposite sides of the room which we didn't like. There was only one mug provided for hot drinks and the kettle in our room didn't work. The blackout curtain was too small, so lots of light came into the room.

This hotel is in a brilliant location, walkable from the train station, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Our room was quite spacious, very clean and excellent value for money.

Dirty / stained bed mattresses. Uncomfortable seating in the apartment. Very dusty / dirty floor in the apartment. Lack of kitchenette. Plastic tub only for washing dishes / cutlery. Very dirty windows.

Great location - easy walk to many city centre sights. Tram and bus stops very close by. Supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Warm room, comfortable bed, good hot shower. Basic kitchen crockery and equipment including microwave, fridge and kettle. Easy check-in via emailed access code. Good communication with customer services. Use of luggage room via access code allowed us to store our bags for the day after checkout.

Spacious, clean, what we expected. Some cleaner woke us up every morning while he was hovering he was shouting on his private call and the talk came to the room so loud and was super disturbing. Every day same thing.
