Very clean accommodation, located on a beautiful spot close to the shore and within reach of the city

Breakfast is not included, I'm not sure if breakfast could have been ordered before visit. There is no air conditioning in the building, thus during hot sunny days rooms might get hot. During our stay weather was cool so it did not bother us.

Good value for money. Excellent location, very nice view to sea from observation room (earlier used by marine guards). Very clean facilities, quiet location. Would come again and would recommend to others.

This was one of the cleanest hostels/ guesthouses I ever have stayed in. (And I've travelled a lot around the world.) The shared kitchen was also spotless clean. I also liked the maritime-themed furnishing and decorations.

There was no customer service at hand, and we couldn’t leave our luggage there after check-out.

The interior decoration was beautiful, the beds very comfortable. Excellent storage for our bikes. Located right by the beautiful park, a stroll from the center. Well equipped spacey common kitchen.

The bed (80 cm in width) may feel small to big ones; the blanket was too warm even with radiator turned down.

The beds were not enough comfortable, the room was too small for four people, too hot, no bathroom for taking a shower on our floor. In a cooler day, the whole experience would be better.

Cleanness, being near the beach, seating place outside kitchen and eating place size and facilities, decoration and design, public seats in different floors..

Great location, close to the sea and the park. An ideal place for a walk. Clean and quiet hotel. The room key was left in the lobby. I received all the necessary information via sms and e-mail. The shared kitchen is very well equipped - everything has been thought of.

Great, quiet location. City bike station nearby, short walk to seaside, lovely parks and harbour with restaurants & cafes and boats to nearby islands. Great place to stay to explore Kotka and surroundings.

Single bed was kinda narrow for an adult.

Great view to the sea from nearby lookout tower. All facilities in new alike condition. Big dining and leasure areas. Still within walking distance from center of Kotka. Parking in front.

Peaceful, tidy and comfy place to stay for a few days. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location on top of a hill within 15 min walk to the nearest supermarket & bus station. Check in made super easy with a key box.

Definition of "want to come back". Very lovely small accommodation in the guest house of what used to be sea guard station. Guesthouse has two well equipped rooms with private bathrooms. Extra shared toilet available as well. Very clean, renovated, simple functional interior with seaside flavor. Beds are comfortable, fresh pristine white sheets. Kitchen is well equipped - big fridge, stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle. TV in the shared living room. Located in the peaceful district - only private houses nearby. Beach, Katariinan Park and sea are just minutes away. Center is 10-15 minutes of walking. We have very high standards for accommodation - usually there is always something to complain about. Not this time! 10 out of 10! This place is good for single person and couples. Bigger families can, perhaps, book both rooms and enjoy their stay in the total privacy.
