Thought our room was a little too small and did not like the position on the ground floor with no privacy as looked out on the car park.

Breakfast is excellent plus location and the staff are extremely helpful.

Cleaning staff was cleaning rooms they would constantly let the door slam shut. Keeping the room door open during the whole process then gently close door when done would’ve been nice.

I loved everything about the hotel, the location was in walking distance to the main attractions. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Few supermarkets and breakfast spots were close by.

We had stayed for one night previously recently and had a larger corner room which was great. Worth the xtra euros. Also the hotel was packed so not as pleasant including some tour groups. The original hotel was more of a boutique hotel experience.

Breakfast was good with an easy extra 2€ for a cappuccino. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was very good but not enough coffee options (no cappuccinos, mochas, etc.). Drinks at the bar were a bit small for the price. Recommend going elsewhere for a nightcap if you have time.

The front of the building and lobby are very cute and castle-like. The beds were very comfortable and the room we stayed in was beautifully designed with a large walk-in glass shower and large windows with nice views.

There was nothing I actually disliked, just a few areas that we found a bit disappointing. Saying this, we were staying in the basic room category and had not opted for any of the available upgrades. The room was very compact and dominated by the bed. The storage and hanging space was just about sufficient for two or three days but not for a longer stay. There was just one bedside table that could double as a small desk. As this was a double-room it would have been difficult if two people needed to work. Considering the great lighting features of the room, the lighting in the bathroom was a bit disappointing as the overhead lighting was the only light source which makes styling and putting on make-up quite difficult.

An interesting hotel in a very pleasant and central location with an unusual exterior and reception area. The room had cosy and interesting lighting features and the bathroom layout was well designed. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a great choice for all tastes and dietary needs including vegan. Considering the large amount of people frequenting the breakfast rooms in the morning everything was extremely well organised and staff were very attentive noting immediately if something was running low or missing.

Last time we stayed at the back annex of the hotel, which felt brand new/newly refurbished, and the facilities were excellent. This time we stayed in the main building - the door had a huge gap, so we could clearly see outside and hear everything. This was annoying, especially as we were staying at the hotel on a busy weekend and it got quite noisy at times in the corridors.

Excellent location and staff. Lovely breakfast. This was our second stay at the hotel this summer.
