Bathroom and Toilet are rather small in size. Washing Machine broke down during our stay but luckily the host managed to repair it in a quick and short time.

Being very picky, I would just mention the heating was set at a high temperature, so at night it felt too warm.

The location was very convenient and it nicely accommodated our group (4 people). The checkin instructions were accurate and it was done seamlessly.

The apartment was a bit far from the location where we collected the key. It took 5-10 minutes by taxi and 30 mins by walking. This was not fully described in the booking process.

There was a long walk from the lock box to the apartment. This was a bit of a struggle as it was cold, late at night, and we were hauling luggage. It would be helpful if you informed guests of this at booking so the proper arrangements could be made to get from the office to the apartment.

It was a bit unclean, there were hair everywhere. The window could not close fully, therefore it was a bit cold. There were no kitchen towels and spatulas etc.

This apartment was perfectly pleasant- but the photos are a little misleading. If you book the studio you get a tired looking place with a kitchenette. The bathroom has also seen better days. Don't get me wrong, it's clean and in a good location but just don't be fooled by the photos of fancy looking kitchens and bathrooms for that option- it doesn't have an oven or washing machine either.

Its in a great location, it's easy to access. It's clean and spacious and has everything you need. The keys are easy to pick up and you can walk there from the train station. If you don't want to spend too much time in it then it's perfect and a good price.

The bathroom. The shower was run-down . And the water was running all over the floor. And the floor even was clean, didn't look clean. It's probably the fault of tiles and grout. We had a bit of the problem with the entrance door locker , but it was fixed the next day of our stay. It's an old door, and at the end, the locker needs some grease .

The location was perfect. The apartment was big and comfortable. The kitchen has mostly everything you need on holidays. And the beds were very comfy.

4 beds but 2 in the living area which blocks the use of the cupboards. No issue for a 2 people business trip, but not very suitable if traveling with 4 people. Also cups, plates, glasses ... in minimal amounts present (2-6 depending on item in question.

good central location easy to get to and get around. Appartment was clean and tidy, kitchen fully equiped and even dishwashing tablets and liquid was present. Beds were good and the bathroom with shower is small but perfectly fine for our trip.

I guess some basic amenities like paper towel in the kitchen and shower gel in the bathroom would have been helpful.

The instructions for collecting the key and gaining access to the apartment were crystal clear. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from Helsinki Central Station and right next to Espresso House. You need to climb a flight of stairs first, and then you can access the remaining building via an elevator. The room was cozy with a small balcony. Upon stepping out, you have a variety of options for eating, drinking, and shopping. In terms of location, it's a 10/10. For anyone visiting Helsinki, this is an excellent choice. You can easily walk to most key sites within 10-15 minutes, including the Market Square and Helsinki Cathedral. There's also a tram stop right opposite the main entrance of the building.

Bathrooms not nice. The shower was awful and must be repaired, every time someone took shower the floor was all wet and tiles are in very bad condition. There need to be more glasses and cutlery at least if six people are staying there. It was nothing like the apartment on the photos.
