Stayed more then 5 times at the Greenstar Hotel. Last 2 times seen decrease in food quality. Scrambled eggs. Looks like a block of light yellow custard. Taste is nice. Pancakes were OK but almost cold. The worst thing is there are no trays to transport your plates with food on. It took me more than 5 times back and forth to the breakfast bar before I sat down to eat. We queried why trays were no longer available and were told it was the management who took this decision. Not good ... I have noticed jam in jars at breakfast bar but no label of contents .... What if one is allergic to certain fruits? I asked but staff were unsure. It turned out to be strawberry. Smoothy bar has a container labelled mixed Berry fruits (delicious). But please think about mentioning which berries...some people are allergic to strawberries.. I mean the margarine is clearly labelled wether gluten free or milk free There is a note on the tables asking guests to return their used plates etc. It was so much easier when there were trays. Breakfast is €12 which is a fair price. But please bring back the trays...

The rooms are basic but always clean. Shower and wc extremely clean. Always enjoy the stay in hotel. Friendly staff. Helpful. Nice location in the city center, clean rooms and good breakfast. The staff is very helpful. They have an underground parking garage with possibility to charge electric car, which is a great addition!

The expectations wasn't very high for the city's most affordable hotel, but they were exceeded.

I really love the welcome and all the questions that I had get answers. The personnel are here anytime you want, and that is really much appreciated. The place is also close to the train station and that's also really good.

The bathroom smelled a bit during our stay (although I want to underline that it was very clean), but since everything else was just fine, it didn't really bother us.

The staff were nice and the the room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty good, but nothing spectacular. Garage parking was available for an extra fee. Overall, the hotel had very good value for money.

- Minimal services and amenities - Breakfast should be an option with lower prices when making reservation - Small pillows. Need to ask in advance to have extras - I asked for a king-size bed, but instead they still gave double beds. No idea whether they it or not

- The location was remarkably in the centre, everything (stores, restaurants, shopping centres etc) was walking distance. - Breakfast was good, room was clean, staffs were friendly

An option of cheaper rate of breakfast would be much better when making reservation in advance, instead of paying at hotel.

1) It's a just and ordinary hotel. The room was okay, it was clean and tidy. 2) The location was great, very close to the city center where shops, cafes and restaurant were around. 3) They provided extra pillows as we requested before.
