Arctic Heart is a lovely small hostel. It felt very familiar to be there and there was not so much noise around. I booked a single room and even it was small, my stay there was very relaxing. Thank you!

Very good value for money on the busy winter holidays period. Clean room, comfortable mattress and pillows. Easy check in/out. Close to the bus/ railway station, swimming pool, supermarkets. I had a good and relaxing night there.

The place is very clean and warm, staffs were friendly, especially Sabda. He helps me whenever i need something, about stuff in the house, or direction to places, etc. He's very friendly. The kitchen is clean and has a lot of useful utensils. The house is strategically located, just a few minutes from popular museums and spots in rovaniemi. Station and market is near.

The restroom was not very comfortable. The shower was hard to use as the water was either too hot or too cold. There was also no separation between the shower and toilet and the whole floor was wet when anyone took a shower.

The location was good. The room was comfortable as well.

i really tried to find smth but for me it was just perfect.

first of all it is perfectly located..like 300 meters away from the best spot to see the Aurora Borealis behind the Arktikum. also near city center, malls and restaurants. it s an easy self checkin and you won t deal with staff unless u need smth special. u will get instructions by mail and booking messages as for a 5 year old so u d have to miss ur brain not to manage. staff is great too, very polite. it is very clean, cosy, a lil bit rustic and feels like home. they have a big kitchen all equiped so if you want to cook ur own food it s a plus cause restaurants are very expensive. washing machines and dryer if u need to wash clothes for only 5 eur. bathrooms very clean and accesible. also a big living room with coaches and tv if u want to blend in with other ppl. i must mention the sauna wich is one of the best aditions and only 5 eur per person to use at any hour. just let the staff know and be fair about it. price was definetly not low compared to other destinations but compared to Rovaniemi and northern countries it was one of the lowest i could find. overall one of the best accomodations i ve ever stayed that gives you that magical Cristmas feeling even if it s not Cristmas and will definetly come back when visiting Rovaniemi. tottaly recomend it!!!

Only thing to note would be that the locks for the rooms are a little tricky and take a bit of jiggling to open. Staff aren’t really around ever but are easy to contact.

Greta value for money! Especially if you are looking for a cheaper place to stay that still ticks all the boxes. Facilities were great! The beds were super comfy, shower was great, kitchen is big and clearly marked and sauna was perfect! Everything was very clean. Great location as well, only 5-10min walk and you’re in the centre.

Walls are actually very thin, during the day it is pretty impossible to rest (my room was right next to the bathroom), but thanks to the quite hours during the night it is no big deal.

The hostel is basically in the city center and is very warm and cozy, I stayed in the female dorm and I had plenty of space for my stuff. There is also a shared kitchen that has many utensils to use and is cleaned daily. I really recommend this place

Nothing much to dislike. Just minor things like latch to the balcony was broken, tv was mentioned but missing in the room.
