The room was too small. I had to put my suitcase under my bed. There was no locker and no electrical outlet close to the bed. A small disadvantage is that because it is so close to the center, some tours do not get you there, but that is more the disadvantage of the tour operators.

The kitchen was well equipped, quietly furnished, with enough space for everyone. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the lake and also the center of town.

The common area might need a little bit of improvement in terms of cleanliness - we had to rewash all of the plates that we used. Also, it would be good to equip it with some more stuff like salt, oil for cooking, more pots, knives, etc. It does the work for a short stay but if you are staying longer I reckon you will need more stuff.

Our room was super spacious and cosy. It has a small kitchen area, incl. stoves where we could cook something quick. The bathroom was shared but at no point it was a problem (we stayed one night only), it was clean. The people we met in the common area were nice, quiet and considerate of the people around them. Perfect location in the center of Rovaniemi (also free street parking). They let us check in earlier - official check-in time was 3 pm but we arrived around 12 pm and it was not a problem :)

It was very easy to check-in and check-out, instructions are clear and understandable, room nr. 5 was very big with comfy bed and access to the balcony. Location of the house ir perfect -just few min walk frim the very center of Rovaniemi (and there is a free parking place infront of the house).

Everything was clear and easy for us. The location is excellent, close to McDonald's, Pizzeria, Shopping center, bus stop (8 min walk). My daughter and I really liked it. I recommend. 🌲❄️⛄. We didn’t have time to go to the sauna, we’ll have to come back 😊

The room's bed is really unacceptable. It's not just too soft but also noisy. The room is not quiet enough because you can hear the other room clearly.

The price. I have to say it's one of the cheapest in this expensive town. No need to communicate is perfect. However you have to read carefully all the tips there.

My bed seemed to be a couch turned into a bed, which was very soft.

The private room was great, plenty of space for everything. The location of the guest house was amazing easy to access all kind of transportation and attractions.

Lovely, cozy guesthouse in a quiet side-street. I had a cute room with a big balcony, loved it and the garden, too. Very close to the centre, to the bus-stop, etc. Good place to stay !

The guesthouse is located near the city centre. The stay was very comfortable. The room, kitchen, washroom were all very clean and tidy. The guests respected each others space. Highly recommend this place. Value for money.

I liked everything

Very cosy and you have that home feel. Enjoyed watching snow falling from the large windows surrounding the whole place. Christmas tree, polite staff, fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, I didn't pay Euro 5 for the sauna but it's possible, I stayed 3 nights, could have stayed longer, will stay again if I am back. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality

Needs some improvements: nowhere to hang clothes in the room, impossible to open the shutters, shower with not enough water power. Only hot water was upstairs. It was mild to cold downstairs. Actually, the only proper shower was the one upstairs. People also need to be more considerate as toilets were cleaned everyday but some people seem to perpetually miss the spot. The kitchen was absolutely disgusting twice. Not the hosts' fault though.

Quiet (neighbours depending). Toilets right near the bedroom. Shared Kitchen. Nice and welcoming staff. Never had to wait for the bathroom or toilets. Great location.

Confortable beds, very social hostel, met many ftiendly people, staff made it possible for a spontaneous stay there. Self check-in was easy, I can't complain about anything.
