Due to capacity of Saunas, swiming pool and SPA, You have to book 1.5 hours of those all the time.

Hotels location and convenience of access from Helsinki is great.

The slippers are charged extra 3,5€ per person on the standard rooms, but when we made the booking via booking.com they were mentioned in the included amenities of the room, which was the reason we didn’t pack our own. The spa & congress building rooms were a bit outdated, for this room rate (170€/night) we would at least have liked a smart TV with streaming options, maybe a kettle as well.

The spa was great, although the infrared sauna didn’t seem to be heated or working properly. The bathrobes and towels comfy. The breakfast was superb and the location really nice.

The hotel charged separately additional €3 for bath sandals. One would expect a hotel of this level to serve its customers with a bit more respect. There was a 2-3 hour water outage during the night. However, this was not mentioned by the reception before or after check-in. When we brought it up, there was not even an apology. It would be advisable to learn the basics of crisis communication."

Location is great. Beautiful and tranquil garden area. The shared spaces in the old mansion building are cozy.

Rooms own Air conditioning was really loud. Hard to sleep, either too hot or too loud. Also all the noice was coming through the door.

Tea making facility was not available in the room and the reception was not that helpful in getting a cup of tea.

Lovely location wonderful views, had the sea view room. Breakfast is in the main Manor House which is very royal.

Breakfast in Manor house could be more variative and better quality. I thought fins are coffee people, but still offering morning coffee from big coffee thermoses. It was at 8 o'clock am lukewarm and I don't talk about the taste... No cottage cheese served, tomatoes only in cherry version, scrambled eggs was oversalted first day we stayed. Despite of agreed breakfast time the breakfast hall left over furnished impression - tables too close each other while no one sited there, but you have to find your way to food serving table. Bathroom was small in standard room, uncomfortable to reach mirror for make up, no make up mirror. No shampoo or other body care products. Minibar list was written extra small font size to key holder pocket, so I found it second day of our staying.

Location is relaxing, beds are comfortable, reception stuff is friendly and helpful. Swimming pools and saunas clean and good. Comfortable beds. All over nice place to stay for adults. Would recommend and if staying in area, choose again.

The breakfast. For a hotel which focuses on health (it is a spa hotel after all) I had expected a much better breakfast (more variation). This was a typical standard breakfast which you get in most of the hotels in Finland. It was not bad but for the price of the room we were rather dissatisfied with it. We expected more quality. For us as travelers we expect 4 things from a hotel: A clean room A good bed A clean toilet/bathroom A good breakfast The first 3 were fulfilled, though the mattress was too soft for my liking. But the breakfast was at best average. As an example, there were no egg cups to hold the eggs, small detail but... Also, paper napkins is something which I hadn't expected in this hotel. Altogether, we will not visit this hotel again in the near future as the price/quality was not met in our opinion.

The location and the hotel interior of the main building itself we liked the most. Also the friendliness of the receptionist was a positive experience.

The area is nice and the landscape is beautiful. The property is all very clean and the staff super friendly.
