We booked a room for 3, we got a room for 2. Receptionist blamed us for their mistake (I checked the reservation, and it was for 3) then in front of the child they just plainly told to take the room for 2 or leave.. so the 4 years old who was so much looking for the small holiday, slept with me in same bed. Was not a big problem, the problem was the attitude..

The spa is clean and cozy. Really nice playroom for the children! Wanna comeback during the summer to enjoy the outside too

The staff there were varied in knowledge, kindness and helpfulness. Unfortunately in this category we had more negative experiences than positive experiences. The cleanliness of the area near the food service was not clean. We saw old food, dust, broken glass and dirt on the floor around the buffet serving stations.

I was with my daughter. The elevator was not safe . It was old and the there isn't the inner door of elevator cabinet . The room is not silent and the naibours soud was up to the middle of night .

The breakfast was good . Tha staff was helpful . Spa was good . Wellness was not available on sunday and we couldn't use it .

Spa are was nice and good that there is a bigger swimming pool. Room enough spacious for family of four. Food ok.

The breakfast buffet was quite a dissapointment, not really a good selection nor that good quality items. Guests also mostly didn't wear masks, which should've been guided more strongly from the personnel.

The hotel was pretty much what we expected. Spa area was nice especially for families with small kids, but also having a 25m pool for exercise.

The location is convenient after visiting PowerPark amusement park. The Spa section of the hotel surprised us positively. Larger and more relaxing than what we expected.

We had two rooms, one had an odour of something old, the other (in the basement) was ok. The hotel was full and some neighbours were rather noisy.

Everything for a short family vacation: hotel, spa, buffet dinner & breakfast with child-friendly selection. SuperPark within 15 km (I think), so you've got your weekend covered. Don't get your expectations too high up and you'll be fine, I'm probably just picky.

The renovated superior room is very comfortable for a family and specious. The pool area is perfect for small kids. The area is very clean and well kept. Breakfast is good with different options of food and drinks, including vegan and gluten free.

The room was not as in the picture. The room was dirty. Bad view from the window. Poor breakfast. Quite expensive spa treatment for only a bubble bath. The man who helped with the spa thing, came in without prewarning when we was in the bath. The pools were also a disappointment. The pools were too cold and for a Spa I expected more of them.

In our room was shivered lots of some kind of centipedes. 🙁 And our suitgace was found 2 at home. 😩 I hope that you do some effective cleaning operation before I come next time. See you!

Dancing floor was excellent and orchestra play very good music. Food was so good that I couldn't stop eating. 2 more extra kilo on waist. Pool area was also nice and versatile.

Breakfast was really good and location is nice, close to the Powerpark. And stuffs are really friendly and helpful 😃 Parking is available everywhere around the hotel.

We thought we entered into a spa (fist time visiting the place). But it felt like a normal swimming hall. Even the water temperature in the warm pool wasn't adequate. I don't see how Härmän Kylpylä wants to differentiate from it's competitors but apparently the place fits well for pensioners that we saw a lot.

Breakfast was ok and apparently similar as it has been last 40 years. No complaints about the breakfast location if that was the question.

The rooms of the hotel were heavily outdated and withered (kulahtanut). Also, we would have wanted a double bed but we got two single beds. The view from the room was to the backyard, opposite the other rooms' windows (not so nice). The "spa" was crowded and noisy, full of children, not suitable for relaxing. The hotel breakfast was dull and did not give me culinary satisfaction. There was nothing that I would have wanted to eat more. For 112 eur for a 1-night stay, I did not feel to get value for money because of the many disappointing factors. I would not recommend this hotel for couples or anyone who want to have a relaxing vacay or a bit of luxury. Maybe families with small children may like it.

I liked that the hotel had many hobby facilities near, for example, free access to the gym. The hotel has many restaurant options. We ate at the Riihi a la carte, we ate a vegetarian dish and a fish dish, and we liked both of the dishes. The waitress at Riihi restaurant was friendly.
