The TV in the room is really small and awkwardly placed in the corner of the ceiling. Watching a movie was therefore a bit challenging 😀

The beds were bit too soft for our taste, but for a short stay like this it didn't spoil anything.

Hotel was easy to reach from the railway station, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was roomy and quiet (even if close to roads). The breakfast was served until noon (weekend stay) and it was good basic hotel breakfast.

I liked the room and the location close to the coach station. The typical Finnish breakfast was served in a cafe that is located in the same building.

The reception works shorter hours - if you arrive later in the evening be prepared to pick up your keys from the nearby petrol station.

The hotel is located very nicely just next to the bus station, and the train station is also less than 10 minutes' walk away. All main attractions of Turku are within walking distance.. Despite the location, the hotel was quiet. The room was no-frills but nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. Staff were very helpful and polite, and the breakfast was good for the price. It is a very solid choice for someone looking for value for money!

It was said in booking.com that there is an accomodation for the cars, which wasn't quite true. The cost was 1,50 € an hour.

WC/shower room floor is completely cold and definitely without heating.

Good location, a lot of parking space for a separate fee. Very nice staff in reception. I had to leave very early morning and they arranged all papers and even take out breakfast for me.

Hotel is located close to the railway station and oposite to bus terminal. It's not so far away to the city center. My room was well kept, cosy and warm. In bath room was heated floor, which I find very comfrotable. Hotel is clean and nice. Staff was OK. I really love breafest with the great choice of various fresh dishes.

There was constant noise from the ventilation machinery, not too bothering though, but someone might be sensible. The reception isn't 24/7, so if you come late, you need to get the keys from a gas station close by (maybe 300 metres from the hotel).

Excellent value for money, a very complete breakfast at the cafe downstairs, location.

It was a little cold at the beginning ( per finnish norms +17) and slOwly heating up via conditioning. So if you dont like cold, turn heating when arrive. No double rooms

Hotel is ok located, walking distance from station, city center and right next to bus stop to Naantali. Breakfast was included and quite good, various, salt and sweet, warm and cold, possible to be full and delicious. Cafe with panoramic windows. Lady on reception was nice and smily, checked-in earlier as room was ready. Room is clean, fresh. There is elevator if you need. So it was a nice short stay, nothing more required.

I didn't like the tiny television with only basic channels, the lack of a fridge, and there not being any soap/gel dispenser in the shower. It seemed like the dispenser from the shower had either been removed or broken off. But here's me with my first world problems.

The room was basic but ok. It was clean, towels were provided, seemed pretty secure, location of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was particularly good. It was served in a cafe type place connected to the hotel and there was actually a queue of people (non hotel guests) coming from off the street just to get breakfast - which shows how good it was.

Breakfast buffet OK but a bit limited. Reception was closed when I first arrived from the ferry around 8 am - had to be let in by a guest.

The Hotel Management is allowed us for an early check in at 11:00, thank you so much. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Location of hotel is very good and near of central and public transport. Enough Parkings are available near hotel

I didnt like the fact that they didnt have slippers in the room and that there was no reception staff as early as 5pm. I had to get the entrance cards from the Shell station store nearby so i can go in. maybe because of the pandemic. But other than that, it was all good.
