In-room laundry was excellent. The place is only a block or two away from many of the major pickup points for tours, busses, and activities in the area.

We used the second bedroom's single beds as a double bed which was not so confi by this way.

Great location, 5-10 mints walking distance to any place (supermarket/ restaurant/cafe etc). Clean and nice designed apartment. Clear checkin/out instruction.

Space is good for 2-3 people. For 4, it was a bit crowded with 1 bathroom. Should have drying machine.

Nicely decorated. Good design. Clean. Underground parking ( extra cost) was very convenient.

Room is in a somewhat noisy complex, and the room temperature was a bit hot. We couldn't figure out how to turn down the temperature from the guidebook provided.

Super easy check in and check out. Very clean apartment in a great location.

This is not a big miss at all, but it would have been nice to have some slippers to wear inside the room.

The residence was wonderful! My mother and I stayed for one day and it was extremely comfortable and so clean. Everything we needed was present. And the location was amazing. So close the city centre. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rovaniemi. Absolute value for money.

It was difficult to find and figure out the garbage drop area. Maybe a map showing the route or location to the garbage drop building would be a good idea. A clothes dryer would be very helpful as we do not have to dry clothes on clothes line or stand.

Keys were kept in the box outside each room. Main door password and Room door passwords were provided in detail and within early time on arrival. Didn't require to call anyone. Smooth and effortless check in and check out process. Property Owner / Manager were very approachable, helpful and caring. Would love to stay again.

The beds were small.

It was our first experience in renting an apartment in Rovaniemi but the overall experience was very good. Located in the center of city. The rooms very well maintained. The entire process of getting into the apartment without interacting with any one was very smooth.

there was no sauna :( it was a little tricky to find the entrance. maybe include a map with entrance location on it. exhaust fan in kitchen ceiling was a bit noisy, and I couldn’t find a switch to turn it off. maybe also mention that the apartment 72 is actually on 6th floor, as we had a bit of challenge finding it at first!

Lots of expensive ornaments and candlestick holders with warning that if you break it ...you pay for it. All prices next to fridge.

Modern and expensive furnishings. Good OLED TV and Sonos sound system. Very well equipped kitchen . Comfy beds.

We've stayed 1 night at Nordica Design Residence during our Lapland trip. If you would like to stay in an apartment and have a "local" experience, I believe it's literally THE BEST option available. We've stayed at many different hotels/flats during our visit, and we really enjoyed Nordica Design Residence. The flat was really clean & comfy with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Sauna was also good to have after long and cold day. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants and 5 mins driving distance to Santa's Village. Overall, I think the apartment was even better than the photos and I will definitely suggest this place to my friends & family!! Note: We unfortunately forgot our Gin&Tonic at the fridge :) I hope next visitors will enjoy it! :)
