There is no tea and coffee in the room, but there is a kettle and glasses. It's so easy to put a few tea bags for guests. Please, take care of your guests, put tea and coffee in the room, it's inexpensive.

Very large bathroom. A clean room. Well located. Nearby there is a park with entertainment for children. The city center is about 2 km away on foot. Free parking.

I think the hotel is an affordable accomodation in Turku. The room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. A kettle, a fridge and air conditioning were provided. I recommend this hotel.

It would be nice to have at least a water kettle and some tea, in the room. Room windows cannot be opened, which is becoming a standard in Finland. I need a copy of my hotel bill, but I cannot get them to answer to my email. It seems like the property is not reachable at the email address displayed on their website.

The facility was new, elegant and clean. Enough space for 2 adolt & 2 childern (1-3y) Soundproof despite the busy street (windows cannot be opened), function and quiet ventilation system blackout curtain

It got pretty cold in the room and we couldn't set the AC to a warmer temperature (we visited in July).

The hotel was suprisingly nice - despite the fact that it's located on top of a Hesburger restaurant, the room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Despite the restaurant downstairs there was no noise or fast food smell The check-in happened in the restaurant, but the hotel had a separate entrance and there was no need to visit the restaurant again to get into your room etc. There was also free parking right behind the hotel.

Difficult checkin / checkout, as part of burger joint. We left hotel before the ”reception” was open and did not know where to leave keys.

- Slow check in in the restaurant, waited 15 min to someone to get to me, the girls were busy making burgers while i was just standing at the check in counter. - The cleaning was not satisfactory: Hair in the shower, not dusted, and sticky floor all over the place. In the manual stated that at checkout, to put the "cleaning" sign on the handle outside the room. This sign was not to be found anywhere.

Smell of fat coming from the restaurant below in the hallways. (No smell in room though).

Great and easy check-in. Private entrance to the hotel. Free parking on site. Price was really good comparing to other places in Turku. Room was big and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Good and spacious bathroom.

The check-in was, let's say, exotic. I was feeling as if I was ordering a burger in Hesburger, but it's fine. It would just be good if we had a separated spot for the check-in, as I had to wait for the regular queue of the restaurant to do my check-in. And something else wasn't positive was the floor bedsheet cleanness. The floor had lots of dust and hair near the bed. I had to remove the bedsheet cover as soon as I arrived because it had some hair there. It was clearly not washed and used. Besides that, the rest of the room and bathroom were clean, and my experience overall was positive.

The space of the bedroom was pretty good. The infrastructure of the room overall was also good. The car parking was for free if you are a hotel's guest. The Wi-Fi was fast and it had good quality. I would say it's a good cost-benefit.

Get your key in the fastfood restaurant, weird but it works. Only a few rooms, mine was large. Downtown just over 1 km, great for wining and dining. Easy and free parking on the premises.

Stayed 2 nights. Didn't get any cleaning of the room after the first night. Telling the staff the response was that must have been "some confusion". Not acceptable, the room shall be cleaned every day in a hotel.

Maybe the reception was not very good because is in the same place that the hesburguer place.

The sofa bed was too small for two people and extremely uncomfortable. The curtains did not cover enough of the window so light came in easily.

Just as the comment for other guests - the rooms are on the first floor and there is no lift. You will need to carry the luggage upstairs - which is fine provided your luggage does not weight 30 kg :) The hotel offers no breakfast - Hesburger could think of some discount for the hotel guests for the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Seems so logical but it is not offered.

Beautiful spacious room, well equipped, modern and comfortable. Parking space available free of charge. Easy check in process on the restaurant downstairs. No contact check out.

at first we have been given a room that was dirty (= it had not been cleaned), then we have been given another room. despite the room had been cleaned, we found a piece of glass on the floor, and one towel had purple stains (also one toilet paper roll).

Was there for a week. No housekeeping. No internet. One person in the restaurant at least tried to help, which was appreciated, otherwise staff are working at a fast-food joint, not a hotel reception. Consider a dedicated hotel contact for issues as email and chat submissions went unanswered.
