Our only gripe was the lack of information about using the combi oven/microwave. The owners manual would help a lot with this. Highly recommended though.

We really liked this studio apartment a lot. We had one with a sofa for more comfort over our four night stay. As this is in a new area, our GPS couldn’t find the address. Luckily our laptop could so make sure you know where you’re going before you leave! Good information regarding arrival and we had no issues parking the car or getting into the apartment. It’s in a great location, walking distance to town (30min), public transport, the river, the castle and two local supermarkets. The décor and furnishings were good quality and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

We missed a desk lamp, and half the curtains in the living room were missing,. A laundry dryer is probably better in this colder climate. The shower water flooded into the bathroom and not down the drain. Bathroom sink was only good for hand washing. Finding the apartment was challenging, in the middle of a building site. No loading zone.

Apartment was spacious for a few days, and well equipped- drying rack, dishwasher, washer, coffee machine, hairdryer. Desk was nice. Beds were comfortable, bedside reading lamps were good.

The apartment was clean and fully equiped. The location is great, walkable, nice area, good transit access, 2 grocery stores nearby, good wifi. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Surroundings are not too attractive complex of new apartment buildings. Rather far from the town centre (but close to the castle).

A nice apartment with a practical and well-equipped kitchen, with new dishes and kitchenware at that time. Very clean and light. Has everything what is needed. Free garage is located next to the building. Turku castle and marine museum are only a couple of minutes away.

Well, the layout of the bed/tv set wasn’t the best but it’s only a preference. Also the sink in the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side.

The studio was spacious, bright and spotless. With everything you need in this self-contained accommodation: from comfy bedding to fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine. We did our laundry of course! There were even 2 fake plants for decoration. Cool addition!

I’ve heard some noise from the corridor though and even beeping of the elevator 20 meters distant. The first day, a door handle on the main corridor got broken and we were locked inside our wing. There is 24/7 emergency service, so this was solved during an hour, but we realized that there is no escape from the corridor, in the fifth floor, in case of a fire (the emergency staircase is behind the main corridor doors, so when they cannot be opened, you are trapped). Moreover, there appears to be no fire extinguisher on corridors, nor in rooms. The escape routes are not described (the leaflets were all in the ground floor). Next, there is a kind of central air-conditioning that draws outside air from not particularly good place. I was once woken up by smoke only to realize that it is from a burning dustbin in front of the building (a cigarette from a construction worker), and twice by exhausted gasoline from the garage nearby (during a three-days-long stay). This is a very new building, so I hope some of this can still be sorted out, because otherwise, the accommodation is excellent.

This is a very nice place for short or mid-term visits for one or two persons, well equipped, new and clean. Wi-Fi strong enough even for online calls/watching online videos. You can work at the dining table. It's a bit out of town (20min bus), but more or less quiet, I’ve almost did not hear outside noise (and the house is, as of Jul-2023, in the middle of the construction site). If you want extreme quietness, please realize that in single room apartments, there is a fridge and a bed in the same room, and despite the fridge is reasonably quiet, it still makes some noise. The bed is medium hard rather than soft (at least in my room).

An impersonal approach. None of the requests made in advance were met. Upon arrival, I only got the information that the owners/managers were not there regularly to meet any requests (e.g. that the sofa should be prepared as a bed). If this message had come rght after the reservation, I would have cancelled! All the facilities are very basic. Finding the relevant building and the garage is very, very difficult, and the place looked deserted in the evening when we arrived, with no one to ask. This may be a Finnish standard, but the washing machine has a life of its own (you will know when you use it; the foam comes out in the centre of the bathroom). I found dirty glasses and plates stashed in the cupboards... Clearly, the previous guests did not care, and nor did the owners/cleaning staff. A cheery on top: lots of automatic emails with orders and threats from the owners (you must do this or that). I would not have chosen this place again and I advise against it.

A very basic place to stay or turn into a temporary home (lots of messages on the wall, encouraging this approach).

Apartment wasnt cleaned properly, visible dust everywhere. Very dissapointed and wont book again. When I am on a vocation, I am not intrested in cleaning rooms that I paid for and assumed to be clean.

Apartment was well equipped and check-in was easy.
