Very close to airport. Spacious facility with large room. Clean and warm. The train statiın is also at the airport and in 25-30 minutes you can reach the city center. So if you are travelling in winter this might be a great option. People at the reception were very helpful and kind.

The room decor is dated and could do with a refresh. My burger in the restaurant was a little rare rather than medium and my colleague had uncooked chicken, which the staff didn't do anything about when he let them know.

Despite the strikes, service was very good. I always choose this hotel when staying at Helsinki airport as the food is generally nice, the beds are huge and very comfortable, rooms are spacious and there is a large bath as well as a separate shower.

The food options were limited and very expensive. Whilst the hotel is very nice, I think you are paying for the location.

This hotel is very close to Helsinki airport - just a 5 minute walk. The room are very clean and comfy with lots of sockets and lights. The shower is great; there is even a bath. Staff were very friendly and happy to help.

The walk from the airport to the hotel was partially outdoors ... it was freezing cold to say the least ...and there were not enough signage for directions.

Registration staff were very efficient and friendly.

I was little confused about where my breakfast is, first I thought it is going to be at lounge which I had access to. When I did not see it there I had to ask if this room includes breakfast. And it was downstairs after all.

I liked the comfortable bed and clean room, also nice decor and bathtub. Also I liked the location walking distance to the airport. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

Walking distance to the airport, easy to find- follow the signs. Super good & soft blanket. Bed was also very cozy, felt to sleep immeadetly and no noise disturb as there are double class window you dont hear anything...

Could not adjust room thermostat and it was a bit cold. The location is ideal as is the distance to the terminal. However access is torture in winter, with snowy weather. Bitterly cold, exposed and covered with ice and snow. It is a total mystery how in a country with winter temperatures and weather like Finland, access to the hotel (as well as parking lots) is out in the open, exposed to wind, ice, rain or snow with sub zero temperatures.

I had to ask for directions to get me headed in the right direction to the hotel. The hotel was behind an other hotel so you couldn’t even see it until you were almost there. Beds weren’t terribly comfortable but not bad.

I was taken aback that the hotel doesn't seem to be able to afford 2 small bottles of complimentary water given the price we paid. Instead they wanted to charge 6 Euro for a small bottle of water.... It was very late when we checked in, but luckily I still remembered to check before making the mistake of opening the bottle of water. It's been a long time that I have encountered a hotel charging for a small bottle of water. If it was a budget hotel, I expect that, but from a HILTON hotel I'd expected more customer care.

Check in was very quick and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite. I also liked the express check-out option. The hotel bar staff were outstanding, too, and their recommendations were spot on.
