Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumI booked the hotel as it was described that they have a gym. However it is only open from 10am and closes quite early. I couldn't go there after my business dinner nor next morning. It was disappointing. Room was really small and you can see it's made with cheap materials.
Hotel staff was super friendly and flexible. I was able to check out couple of hours later than normally so I could carry on working. Much appreciated. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Hotel was quiet and location is really nice.

We had a lovely two nights in Helsinki for our family with two twin rooms (more like doubles, but individual duvets, so no problem). Very comfortable rooms - one was an accessible room so had extra space, beautiful breakfast, and a great location right in the centre of Helsinki.

We loved the hotel as it was close to the Christmas market and some lovely restaurants. They helped us book a large taxi to get everyone back to the airport the next morning for our flight into Lapland. Lovely atmosphere, large room, amazing shower

Unusual for an international hotel in a capital city, espresso coffee at breakfast is charged additionally. Suggested partner parking house was really expensive. United Arab EmiratesI didn’t like that there wasn’t a gym! They used to have that gym that both kämp and glo both used but now it’s chargeable to use that gym as kämp fully owns it now. For Glo guest the gym is 10 euros per person per session… Also they could have cleaned the floors a bit better in my room as during daylight I still saw little dust balls after they had already come for that day.
All the staff at glo kluuvi were all super friendly and attentive to all my needs. The location doesn’t get any better than this if you want to be in downtown Helsinki area. The hotel was pretty quiet regardless of it’s super central location and did not at any point have problems with noise.

FinlandBecause of the central location there can be some disturbing noises heard during the night. Not just the party people but also different kind of maintenance services doing their things.
The location is perfect for a downtown visitor as the hotel is at the very heart of Helsinki. Easy walking access to central district places. The room layout is visually very nice with the shower area opening nicely into the living room. The restaurant is ambient with the breakfast having all the usual offerings.
