It was a great surprise that hotel *took care of me' (I'm 58 normal female) in such a way that had given me a room (bathroom) with an equipment meant for disabled person (special bath chair etc.) It would be normal that in the check-in desk of hotel the representative of staff would comment somehow this situation.

The only problem was that we asked for a taxi to the airport for 2 passengers and finally it came a taxi van that was very expensive for this destination...

there is a beautiful road behind the hotel. I could see beautiful sunset and sunrise!! Also, there was a variety of amenities. It was really comfortable to stay at. If I could go to Helsinki one more time, I am sure to book this hotel again!

The staff's behavior, especially during check-in, was quite strict. It would have been nice if they had provided a more welcoming atmosphere upon my early arrival, even though there was an additional charge involved.

The quality and variety of the breakfast were quite ordinary. The location was as stated on the website.

Tv in room is kinda old, you cant chromecast, there was button for youtube, but it didn’t work. If you need to work on laptop, there is no proper area for this, only tables in the restaurant where people usually eat.

The room was a bit chill but that is subjective I guess. other than that everything was perfect.

The more was very nice and spacious, the bathrooms were clean and spacious as well. Breakfast had options and I think it is worth it buying a package with breakfast included. finally, everyone was very friendly, especially Sofia!

Reception took 10-15min of queueing on check in. The room was smelling heavily of a wet dog upon entry. They probably would've taken care of it, had I mentioned it, but I didn't have time on check in and didn't want the hassle of changing rooms later. It dissipated or was cleaned in couple days tho. Breakfast coffee does not have much caffeine in it or is watered down heavily. Three full cups didn't do much.

Great breakfast, good price, good location from metro. Children's playspot in the lobby was great. Make it even bigger such as the playroom in Scandic airport and this would be a winner with small kids. Generally very child friendly vibes. Shame I didn't get to try the sauna or other facilities.

There is only one thing I can complain about and that is the ventilation in the bathroom which was constantly making a quite high wind sound, luckily if you closed the door to the bathroom it wasn't possible to hear it but other than that this hotell is really nice.

Pretty good breakfust, alot of choices, Small adecuate gym, Sauna ofc since it's Soumi, Decent location to the metro, just 500 m Shopping mall just across the road with 24 h open which is nice.

Literally can't think of one bad thing.

The staff were so amazingly friendly never had staff this friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was top notch. Room was clean and comfortable and so quiet. The sauna was amazing and the complimentary breakfast was so fancy. It was well located with city centre really close a 24 hour ship across the road and metro 4 mins walk away. I will definitely come here again if I'm back in helsinki

Staff appeared vert inexperience with the facility, no late food available and when trying to order takeaway staff were really helpful and a bit rude to us, Dining room was very overcrowded for the size of the room, too many tables

Good value for money comfortable rooms and bed. Clean hotel Loxation of hotel was a little outside of centre but fine for me to walk, breakfast food selection was good

Comfortable rooms, including comfy bed, pillows and linen. Great selection for breakfast. Handy location next to supermarket and transport links centre. Nice wooded walks and beach within easy walking distance.

Friendly staff both at the reception and the bar. Close to the shopping center Ruoholahti and the Kaapelithedas, the Cable Factory Cultural Center. Comfortable beds. Great view from a bay view room
