Minor issues with the cleaning of our room. The slippers provided were clearly used and had hair on them. The shower wall was pretty dirty by the floor and the champagne glasses in the kitchen were dusty and greasy. The spa was great, but the jacuzzi water was cold and the saunas pretty small.

Our suite was amazing and all the building were super pretty and cozy. The spa was beautiful and big and the staff was lovely. The restaurants were also great, BIG recommendation for the ”kota” restaurant! It was amazing. So beautiful and intimate, and amazing food. The chef was super nice also. The snow mobile safari was also great! The guide was helpful and kind, and we were driving for a long time in different terrains.

Expected the ice on the lake to be thick, to take the ice skating, but it is not the fault of the property, but weather ;)

- Pool should have been 2-3 degrees warmer. And yes, I recognize they keep it a bit cold because of environmental reasons, but still… - Disappointing that 2 saunas were not functioning or in use while there in the spa. - Weird at a 4 star hotel that you only have standard filtered coffee - this is seemingly “normal” though at many places in Finland. Where’s my espresso or latte? - The hotel should keep the bar music to the minimum until all dinner guests have finished eating (at the fire restaurant). It was weird that our nice semi-romantic dinner ended with hearing bar music from the other side of the wall. - Also very weird that you need to pay for some of the parking lots at a hotel in the middle of Finland (or middle of the forest). It feels like the hotel is “milking the customers”. Why not just increase the price of the hotel by 5-10 euros so that parking would be free everywhere?

I feel the day spa entry should be included for people with accommodation. Also the seal safari should be called a National park scenic boat tour since norppa seals are really only worth seeing around May/June.

Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room was so unique. I loved the forest trails, the kayaking and the day spa, all amazing.

Spa Area was a little bit confusing, there were common sauna area right next to men's and women's dressing room.

Hotel & Spa Resort Järvisydän is a special place you must definitely visit. We got a unique experience in a lovely area with all the necessary facilities. I would like to say additional thanks to the supportive staff who organize a small compliment as a birthday gift. Hope, I'll have a chance to stay there again in the summertime.

There is no care kit in the room. The room is very crowded and there is no convenient place for luggage. Prices are a bit expensive. You can only enter the spa once.

The glass ceilings were amazing and provided a unique experience. Very comfortable bed. Varied and high-quality breakfast, very nice and welcoming staff. Walking on the frozen lake was an outstanding experience. The spa area is rich and well operated

Spa itself wasn't what we expected, could be few more different saunas, aspecially for a winter time. Not much for children either.

The atmosphere and the design of the resort is unique. The front desk staff is friendly. The chalet or the scenery suite we stayed at was cosy with huge roof windows and a comfy bed. Fireplace was an added plus to create a lovely atmosphere. I can highly recommend the restaurant, the dinner was delicious.
